Location: 100 blk of Paseo Del Conejo
Deputies were dispatched to aforementioned location for a male not breathing. It was determined the male has been sick and was found by his wife. No signs of foul play.

Suspect: Joel Ibarra(36)
Location: 300 blk of Dinosaur Trail
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to male slumped over on the driver side in his vehicle. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the subject was using fentanyl. Multiple fentanyl pills were located in his possession. Subject also had an active warrant for his arrest out of SFPD. Suspect arrest, transported and booked.

Arrested: Erin Martin, 37 YOA female, Cochiti Pueblo NM
While responding to a call Deputies located a motor vehicle collision. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Driver refused to submit to a breath test. Driver was booked into ADC.

Deputies located a vehicle after it almost struck another Deputy transporting a prisoner. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County ADF.

Arrested: Hector Varela-Chaparro, 45 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to location reference to a wrong way driver. Vehicle had stopped in the middle of the roadway facing the wrong way. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Driver was booked into Santa Fe County ADF
Case #2023001324 Unattended Death

Victim: 92 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to location reference to a 92 year old male not conscious and not breathing. Deputies arrived on scene with medics and attempted life saving measures, but were unsuccessful. No sign of foul play were observed. OMI was contacted.

Stolen: Rifles, Medication and Jewelry
On Friday, March 3, 2023, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a residential burglary. Upon arrival, it was found unknown persons gained unlawful entry into the home and stole the above mentioned items. This occurred between March 1, 2023 and March 3 at 2:00 pm. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Hunter Gurr, 28 YOM
On Friday, March 3, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a wanted subject. It was reported the subject had several outstanding arrest warrants. Once in the area, the subject was located hiding in a residence. The subject failed to comply with verbal commands and he resisted deputies attempts to place him into custody. The subject was eventually placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without further incident.
