Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver due to a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle was located, and a traffic stop was conducted on NM 599 and South Meadows Rd. Field Sobriety Test was conducted, signs of impairment were observed, and the driver was taken into custody. The subject was transported and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Deputies were conducting a close patrol when they observed a suspicious vehicle. Deputies approached the vehicle and made contact with the driver. It was learned the driver had an active arrest warrant. The subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked without incident. Original Charges: Resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest. Upon arrival, medics were already on scene and stated the deceased was beyond life-saving measures. It was learned that the deceased had an extensive medical history. Foul play is not suspected. OMI was called and completed their investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to assisting another agency. Upon arrival Deputies were advised Pojoaque Police received a hit on a stolen vehicle from their license plate readers near the Cities of Gold Casino. The above suspect was located in the driver's seat of the vehicle. Suspect was taken into custody, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge.

On 7/22/2023 a traffic stop was conducted for speeding in the area of Agua Fria. SFST’s were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. The driver was subsequently arrested and booked into ADC.

Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Through investigation it was learned, the suspect unlawfully entered the residence and attempted to steal an air conditioning unit. When victim tried to intervene, she was battered. Suspect was later located, placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputy was dispatched to location in reference aforementioned inmate having drugs in her possession. As routine searches were about to commence, inmate handed over suspected Methamphetamine and suspected Cocaine. Inmate was charged and rebooked with new charges.
