On Wednesday July 6, 2022 Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location in reference to a larceny. Once on scene deputies learned that the suspect took over 2,500 dollars worth of camping equipment between the July 4,2022 and July 6,2022. No further suspect information at this time.

On Wednesday July 6, 2022 Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location in reference to a larceny in progress. Deputies learned a male took a mountain bike from the front of the property and left the location. Deputies searched the area and located the suspect Jason Miller with the bike in question on Cerrillos Road and Herrera Drive . Deputies also learned Jason was released yesterday July 5, 2022 from jail and had a GPS ankle monitor . Jason was booked again on felony larceny as the mountain bike was over $500. A check with electronic monitoring showed Jason's GPS at the victims residence.

The victim advised sometime between 11:30pm on 7/3/22 and 2:00pm on 7/4/22 an unidentified suspect(s) forced entry through the rear door, damaging the door and stole tools from the entry way and east end bedroom closet. The victim advised some of ex-girlfriend's belongings were also removed from the front porch. The victims ex-girlfriend was supposed to go to residence the night of 7/3/22, but never showed up.

On 7/3/2022 Deputy responded to the above location in reference to assisting Pojoaque PD on a traffic stop. It was learned that PJPD detained the male after discovering drugs and a stolen firearm in the vehicle. Deputy arrested the above male and charged him accordingly. SFADF required a medical clearance. Male was booked into SFADF without further incident.

VICTIM: 30 YEAR OLD SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT
On 7-3-2022 in the mid-morning hours, as the victim was traveling on NM 14, he stopped and attempted to breakup a domestic incident, where a female was being battered. During his attempt to stop this battery, the suspect party shot the victim and then fled the area. This case is under investigation.
