On Sunday, January 5, 2023, deputies assisted Pojoaque PD who located a stolen vehicle in the parking lot. The vehicle was confirmed to be stolen. During the course of the investigation, the above male was identified as being in possession of the vehicle. He was placed under arrest without incident. He was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and he was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Bianca Ortiz, 25 YOF, Santa Fe, NM
On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress (Criminal Trespass). Upon arrival it was learned the above suspect was inside of the residence. The suspect was ran through NCIC and it was discovered she had multiple warrants for her arrest. Deputies made entry into the home and located the suspect. The suspect was placed under arrest for the warrants and taken to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center. While at the jail, Corrections Officers discovered a bag containing a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine on her person. The suspect was booked on the above charges. On Saturday, January 14, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an extradition. The above subject was picked up from the Lea County Detention Center and placed under arrest for a pending bench warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly and without incident.

On Saturday, January 14, 2023, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown individuals entered a trailer and stole the above mentioned items. This occurred between January 9 to the 13th. The investigation is on-going and suspect information is pending.

On Saturday, January 14, 2023, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate with a bench warrant. Upon arrival, the warrant was confirmed to be valid out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was then rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
2023000292/ DISORDERLY CONDUCT, RESISTING ARREST, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND DIALING 911 WITHOUT PROPER CAUSE

On 1-13-2023 in the late afternoon hours, Deputy Cody Lattin responded to a civil dispute. Upon his arrival, a female not related to the property owner, or the previous tenant became unruly and refused to leave the property. Ms. Montoya was asked to leave the property several times by the property owner and Deputy Lattin. Based off Ms. Montoya not removing herself from this property, calling 911 for no reason, resisting arrest and her disorderly conduct, Ms. Montoya was arrested.
