Narrative: Contact was made with Lucio around the 100 block of Valentine loop, a check revealeld Lucio had an active warrant. Lucio was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, where he was booked in on warrant without incident.

On Friday, March 24, 2023 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect battered a household member. The suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.
