Deputies were dispatched location for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival deputies discovered the suspect and the victim got into a physical altercation over allegations of infidelity. Based on the physical evidence and the statements made during the interviews, suspect was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Jail for Battery Against a Household Member.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at above location. While conducting their investigation it was learned the driver had an active arrest warrant. Subject was placed into custody, taken to jail, and booked without incident. Original Charge: No insurance, improper equipment, and drivers license not in possession. Subjects vehicle was towed to tow lot.

The above subject's ID was verified and it was determined that the subject did have a warrant for his arrest. Subject was re-booked for the warrant (original charges- Alcoholic liquors in unlicensed place)

Location: 250 Rabbit Road (Rabbit Road Trail Head) Santa Fe, NM
Stolen: Backpack w/ clothing, Vehicle documents, cell phone, and misc paperwork.
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to two separate vehicles that had been broken into while the owners were walking on the trail. During the investigation it was learned that the unknown suspect gained entry through a passenger side window and took the above items. Suspect pending.

Stolen: 2010 Gray Chevrolet Equinox
Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon contact with the victim it was learned the vehicle was taken while it was being warmed up in the morning. The vehicle was entered as stolen into NCIC and a BOLO (Be on the lookout) was broadcasted to surrounding agencies. No suspects at this time.

On January 21, 2023 at 6:54 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to a single motor vehicle. Driver showed signs of impairment and agreed to SFST's. Driver was arrested and agreed to chemical testing. Results were above the legal limit. Driver was booked into ADC on the above charges.

On Friday, January 20, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a deceased male. OMI was summoned to the scene. Based on the investigation, it appears as if the male passed away due to natural causes. At this time, no foul play is suspected.
