Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Driver had and odor commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person. Driver refused testing. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC.

Deputies located a stolen vehicle. The suspect was slumped over at the wheel. Suspect woke up and a pursuit ensued. Vehicle was stopped on NM-599 in the area of I-25 E. Frontage Rd. Suspect arrested and booked into Santa Fe County ADC.

Deputies responded to a disturbance call. Deputies learned the Suspect battered victims and damaged items belonging to victims. Suspect became combative and resisted arrest. Suspect booked into Santa Fe County ADC.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a stolen vehicle. Affidavit was completed and the vehicle entered into NCIC. The vehicle was located a short time later. Suspect was unable to be identified. Registered owner took possession of the vehicle.

Arrested: Patrick Garcia, 42 YOA, Male, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies stopped a 2011 Ford F-150 for a traffic violation. An odor commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage was detected. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Driver was found to be impaired. Open container was found inside the vehicle, along with a loaded firearm. Driver was booked accordingly.

Deputies dispatched to the above address in reference to a crash. Suspect was transported to the Presbyterian Hospital for her injuries. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect agreed to submit to a blood draw. Suspect was booked into ADC.

Suspect: Loretta Quintana 50 YOF
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arriving at the location it ws revealed that the above stated suspect did batter the victim and was found to be the agressor. Suspect was placed under areest for the above stated charged and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detetnion Center where she was charged and booked accordingly without incident.
