Suspect: Lara L Vegil, 37 YOF
Suspect arrived at her ex's residence early in the morning at which an active restraining order is in place and instigated an argument. Suspect battered the victim by punching him in the face and biting him on his shoulder causing an open wound. Suspect then broke household items inside the residence and the windows to the house. Suspect left the residence prior to Deputies arrival but returned while Deputies were on scene. Suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, where she was charged and booked accordingly without further incident.

Arrested: Maria Delgado 31 (Santa Fe)
Suspect was stopped after her vehicle was observed driving in the middle of NM 599 while southbound. During contact, the suspect advsied she had "probably drank too much." Suspect conducted SFST's and showed numerous signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Arrested: Jose Montoya 32 yoa male (Espanola)
Deputies were dispatched in reference to a burglary in progress at the residence. Upon arrival, the suspect was located in the driveway of the residence. Investigation revealed, the suspect had unlawfully entered the victims' vehicle and taken miscellaneous items. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Driver stopped for unable to drive within its lane of travel. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and booked into ADC without incident.

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was learned that unknown suspect(s) broke the driver side window and took the above items. The above incident took place sometime between 4-14-23 and 4-15-23. No suspects at this time.

Stolen: Lenovo Laptop and Credit Cards
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was learned that sometime between 4/14/2023 and 4/15/2023 unknown suspect(s) broke the vehicles window. The above items were taken during the burglary. Several credit cards were used at different retail locations after the theft. No suspects at this time.

On Friday, April 14, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a motor vehicle crash. On scene, the suspect displayed signs of impairment and he was later placed under arrest. The suspect later provided a breath sample which showed he was at or above the legal limit of .08. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 3800 Block Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Eloy Trujillo, 33 YOM
On Friday, April 14, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was found that the victim had an active order of protection on the suspect. The suspect fled prior to deputies arrival. After clearing the scene, deputies were summoned back to the location because the suspect had returned and had entered the residence. Deputies subsequently located the suspect and he was placed under arrest. He was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Suspect entered a house that wasnt his. Upon contact with the male he was found sleeping on the couch and found to be intoxicated. Suspect placed under arrest and charged and booked accordingly.
