On April 14,2023, Deputies extradited the above female and while booking her in she was in possesion of narcotics. They were rebooked into the jail.

Suspect: Tiffany Pierce, 46 YOA, Female Cerrillos, NM 87010
Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with the victim who advised he and his wife were involved in a physical altercation. Victim reported his wife (above listed suspect) throw a knife and a staple gun at him. He also advised his wife slashed him with a pair of scissor which gave him a deep laceration on his left arm. The suspect also broke a window to the residence and damage the victim’s vehicle before leaving.
Deputies attempt to locate the suspect but were unsuccessful. An arrest warrant was drafted for the suspect which was signed and approved by Judge Sena. The warrant was entered into NCIC.
2023002385 Battery against a Household Member, Breaking and Entering

Suspect: Raymond Ortega, 36 YOA, Male, Espanola NM, 87532
Dispatched to the above location in regards to a domestic disturbance. Victim was looking for her dog and when she returned home the suspect was inside her residence taking shower. Victim was tending to the dog, when the suspect threw the victim on the ground and punched and kicked her. Suspect fled prior to my arrival, a warrant was drafted and entered into NCIC for the suspect who has two other arrest warrants. Evidence supports statements made by the victim and witness. Suspect’s location is unknown.

Arrested: Luke Johnson, 44 YOM
On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a motorcycle crash. Upon arrival, the driver displayed signs of impairment. He was subsequently placed under arrest for DWI. The driver did consent to a breath sample with showed he was at or above the legal limit of .08. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deceased: Nidia Almanza-Andrade 51 YOF
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an ambulance assistance call. Upon their arrival deceased was found unconscious and unresponsive. CPR was given but unsuccessful. OMI was called to the scene and pronunced. No foul play was observed by Deputies or OMI. Next of kin was on scene.

Victim left his vehicle parked on the shoulder of the above mentioned road sometime last night 04/16/2023, due to a flat tire. Upon returning to the location for the vehicle it was not at the location. Vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Items stolen: garage door opens,phone charging cables,sunglasses, essential oils, pocket change and 3 first aid kits.
Suspect description: male, medium build, 5'6" to 5"8", brown shaggy hair with a back pack.
On Monday, April 17,2023, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a report of an auto burglary x2. The above stated items were stolen out of both vehicles that were left parked in their driveway unlocked between 4/14/2023 and 4/15/2023. No tire or shoe impressions were found in the location.

Deputies dispatched to the above listed address in reference to a stolen vehicle. During the investigation, it was learned that the victim was supposed to have dinner with her mother. The Victim didn't show up for dinner and her phone is off. Victim entered, NIC number M487364193. Vehicle entered, NIC number V834893316

Suspect: Dolores J. Lucero 51 YOF
On Sunday April 16, 2023, around Depuites responded to the location in reference to a TRO Violation. Above stated suspect had entered the property today and knock on the door of the plaintiff and asked for a glass of water. She was advised that she should not be on the property and was told to leave. Suspect left prior to deputies arrival. a summons has been issued for suspect.
