Subject was stopped after being reported as a reckless driver. The vehicle was located on stopped on a raised median. Suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages before driving. Suspect also showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. Suspect was arrested and refused to provide breath testing. She was arrested and booked without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to a crash with injuries. Upon arrival a single vehicle crash was located. Investigation revealed the driver was operating east bound and lost control of the vehicle causing the vehicle to leave the roadway. The vehicle then rolled, and struck multiple trees and a pipe fence. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages while driving and showed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing. Suspect was arrested and submitted to chemical testing and provided .11,.10 BRaC samples. A passenger in the vehicle also sustained minor injuries during the crash. Suspect was booked into SFADC.

Deputies recognized Mr. Rodriguez as he walked on the frontage road. Before contact with Mr. Rodriguez, SFRECC had advised Mr. Rodriguez had an active warrant for his arrest. He was contacted and arrested on the active warrant which was issued by Judge Ellington for Fail to Comply. During a search incident to his arrest, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and suboxone. He was booked into SFADC.

On 8-19-2022, Deputy Webber responded to residence in Santa Fe County reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival, Deputy Webber found an elderly white female deceased in her bed. OMI (Office of Medical Investigator) arrived and determined the death to be of natural causes, with no foul play involved. The case was turned over to OMI.

On August 18, 2022, Deputies assisted Pojoaque Tribal Police at a traffic stop where they discovered the driver was possibly impaired. Driver agreed to perform SFST's and refused chemical testing. The driver was subsequently charged with aggravated DWI and booked at the jail.
