On 2-25-22 at about 10:15 a.m., a male victim was approached by a male with a cutting instrument. The armed suspect took the victims took by threat. This case is still under investigation.

On the above date the above subject was stopped for a traffic violation. The above subject was believed to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. The above subject refused to submit to chemical testing and was booked into ADC.

On Thursday, February 24th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a not conscious and not breathing female. Upon arrival, deputies began life-saving measures. Paramedics later arrived and continued life-saving measures. The female was unable to be revived and OMI was summoned to the scene. Based off of the investigation, no signs of foul play were observed and the death appeared to be of natural causes.

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above location to assist Tesuque Tribal police with a male subject that was a non tribal member and was believed to be possibly under the influence. Upon deputies arrival a DWI investigation was conducted and the male subject was subsequently arrested. The male subject booked into ADC

Arrested: Jesus Flores, 21 YOM
On Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022, deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a report of suspicious activity. While in the area, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle. Contact was made with the above person and they were found to have an active bench warrant. The subject was placed under arrest and during an inventory of the vehicle, multiple pills, believed to be fentanyl, were located. Also located was suspected methamphetamines. The subject was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and he was booked without incident.
2022001122 / Trespassing, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing

Location: Residence on Herencia De Chavez, Northern Santa Fe County
Arrested: Tamara Torres, 26-year-old female from Espanola New Mexico
On 2-23-22 at approximately 6:10pm an armed robbery occurred in Espanola New Mexico. The suspect vehicle fled the area and was pursued by Espanola Police for a short time before they lost visual of it in Santa Fe County. Espanola Police and Santa Fe Sheriff's Office coordinated and established the suspect and vehicle may have fled to the area of Herencia De Chavez. SFSO deputies located the suspect vehicle at a residence and surrounded the residence. After several attempts were made to have the occupants exit the residence Ms. Torres exited and was taken into custody. A subsequent search of the interior of the residence was conducted and the robbery suspect was located hiding inside. He was arrested by Espanola Police. It was discovered neither the robbery suspect or Ms. Torres had permission from the homeowner to be inside the residence. Ms. Torres was arrested on the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On the afternoon of February 2, 2022 a male driving a blue 2007 Acura TL, pulled up to a service golf cart at the resort. The male stole a bottle of champagne from the golf cart and fled the area in the blue Acura.
