On 11-17-2022, deputies responded to the location for a private property crash involving a City of Santa Fe Police Unit. The suspect driver was found to be impaired. Ms. Mireles Luna was found to have a BrAC of 0.12g/210L 0.11g/210L. A small child was in the vehicle too. Ms. Mireles Luna was booked into the detention center.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. While conducting their investigation, they made contact with the above individual. An NCIC check on the subject was conducted, and it was learned that she had a warrant for her arrest. Deputies placed the suspect into custody, transported, and booked him without incident. 2022006735/ RECEIVING TRANSFERRING A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE/ AGG. FLEEING/ DWI/ POSS. OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

On 11-16-2022 at about 10:13 p.m., a deputy observed a possible stolen motor vehicle and when a traffic stop was attempted the vehicle fled. The suspect vehicle crashed into a vehicle on Cerrillos Road near Richards Ave. The driver, Kendra Lee Lopez was arrested on the above charges and two outstanding warrants.

Original Charges: Battery on a Household Member, Interference with Communication, and False Imprisonment.
2022006684 Larceny-Crminal Damage to Property-11/15/22

Taken: Yellow Wood splitter($1500)
The victim stated between 5PM on Nov. 14thand 8AM on Nov. 15th, an unknown suspect cut the lock to the back gate to the property and stole the victims log splitter. The victim's neighbor has video surveillance cameras pointed in the area but was unable to review the footage at this time. No shoe or tire impressions were located at the scene. There is no known witnesses or suspects at this time

Arrested: Jose Villegas Rodriguez & Alex Martinez
Subjects were located at the Buffalo Thunder Casino. Both were in possession of stolen vehicles, and detained by the Pojoaque Tribal Police. Both were arrested and charged with receiving transferring a stolen motor vehicle. While Mr. Alex Martinez was being booked into Santa Fe ADC, he was found to also be in possession of multiple narcotics.

ARRESTEE: ALICIA ANDRADE DE NIETO-39-YEAR-OLD H/F, SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT
On 11-11-2022, Deputy Cody Lattin responded to a residence on Cowboy Lane. The call was reference to a domestic incident. During the investigation, Deputy Lattin learned Alicia had battered her spouse in a heated argument. Alicia was taken into custody and booked into the detention center without incident.
