ARRESTEE: ALICIA ANDRADE DE NIETO-39-YEAR-OLD H/F, SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT

On 11-11-2022, Deputy Cody Lattin responded to a residence on Cowboy Lane. The call was reference to a domestic incident. During the investigation, Deputy Lattin learned Alicia had battered her spouse in a heated argument. Alicia was taken into custody and booked into the detention center without incident.  


2022006621/ DRIVING ON A REVOKED & SPEEDING/ 2022006622 WARRANT SERVICE

LOCATION: NM 76 & CALLE MARTINEZ

ARRESTEE: MATTHEW JOSEPH MAESTAS- 19-YEAR-OLD H/M, MEDANALES, NM RESIDENCE

On 11-11-2022 in the evening hours, Deputy Cody Lattin stopped a vehicle for a speeding offense. Through the investigation on the traffic stop, Deputy Lattin learned the driver, Mathew Joseph Maestas was driving on a revoked license. Maestas also had a warrant for FTA on a Agg. DWI (202200662). Maestas was placed into custody on the driving on a revoked license, speeding and the outstanding warrant. Booked without incident. 


Case#2022006552/Burglary and Receiving transferring stolen property/ 11-11-22

Location: Camino De Roberto Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Gorge Arredondo, 42 YOM, Santa Cruz, NM

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to suspicious activity. The victim advised the suspect attempted to open her front door. Suspect was located and during a pat down, two knives belonging to the victim from a earlier reported burglary were found. Suspect was transported and booked into jail. 


Case#2022006615/Criminal damage to property and Larceny/ 11-11-22

Location: 29 Synergia Road, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Catalytic Converter.

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a larceny. While conducting their investigation, it was learned unknown suspect(s) removed the catalytic converter off the vehicle sometime between 11/01/2022 and 11/04/2022. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: Tools, Oxygen tanks, Misc Items.

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked workshop adjacent to the residence. Suspect(s) took the above items. This investigation is on-going.


Case# 2022006613/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ 11-11-22

Location: Via Del Caballo (Las Campanas)

Stolen: Construction Tools

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) entered the construction site sometime between 11/10/22 and 11/11/22. Once on site, a cargo trailer’s hinge lock was cut and multiple power tools stolen. Investigation is on-going. 


Case #2022006589 Aggravated DWI, Revoked License, Roadways laned for traffic

Deputies responded to location reference to a domestic. Suspect left scene in a vehicle. Vehicle was located. Driver showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and booked into SFCADC. 


Case #2022006588 Abuse of 911

Suspect: Bobby Trujillo, 40 yoa Male, Santa Fe

Deputies responded to location reference to a male who called 911 10 times. While calling the male used vulgar and profane language. Suspect was arrested and booked into SFCADC. 


2022006568-Burglary-Larceny-11/9/22

Deputy Assigned: J. War

Location: 100 Block of Kwahe Ridge Road

Taken: 2 X Dewalt Miter Saws, 1 Dewalt 20 Gal Compressor, 1 Craftsman Comp w/ hose. ($2510.00)

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) made their way onto the property and stole aforementioned items. The miter saws and compressor were locked with a cable that was cut. Items were kept in unfinished garage. Multiple projects are ongoing at development. Theft occurred between Sunday, Nov. 06, 22 at 3:30 pm and Wednesday, Nov. 09, 2022 at 9:30 am

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance, upon affecting an arrest the suspect became combative damaging a patrol vehicle and incurring more charges.
