On 1-17-22 at approximately 5:30pm the victim parked his vehicle near the bridge on Boneyard Road to use the bathroom. He was approached by 2 males wearing all black clothing. They pepper sprayed him and physically attacked him. One of the suspects stabbed the victim in the leg with a knife. The suspects stole the victim's 2014 gold Chevrolet Impala and fled the area. This case is under further investigation.

On 1-16-22 at about 11:28 p.m., Cpl. Cullison located a motor vehicle parked just off the on-ramp on the grassy embankment headed towards the roadway of US 84-285. The vehicle was occupied by Juan Allen Brandenburg, who was showing signs of impairment as he was found slumped over at the wheel.
Deputy Rodriguez conducted a DWI investigation, which yielded an arrest of Brandenburg. Brandenburg was placed into custody and read the NM Implied Consent Advisor, which he agreed to a chemical test. Upon administering the chemical test, Brandenburg's results were 0.16g/210L and 0.16g/210L.
Brandenburg was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

On Saturday, January 15th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies conducted an investigation. That investigation determined the above subject had battered a household member. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked without incident.

Arrested: Luis Trujillo, 63 YOM
On Sunday, January 16th, 2022, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a driver who appeared to be slumped over the steering wheel. Deputies made contact made with driver and he displayed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and he declined to provide a breath sample. The driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

VICTIM: BUFFALO THUNDER CASINO/ PUEBLO OF POJOAQUE
On 1-16-2022, RECC dispatched deputies to the casino in reference to a female, whom had been previously trespassed from the property. Deputy Rodriguez conducted an investigation and found LaQuita Jefferson was still on the property and had previously been trespassed. LaQuita Jefferson was arrested on the charge of criminal trespass and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1-16-2022, RECC dispatched deputies to the hotel at 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to a domestic. During the course of the investigation, Deputy Pool determined Gilberto Antonio Torres La Real was the aggressor towards his boyfriend during a arguement; which turned physical. Gilberto was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Lawrence Montoya, 37-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 1-14-22 a traffic stop was conducted on a Toyota Corolla driven by Mr. Montoya because the registration was expired. Mr. Montoya was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license. He was placed under arrest and 2 bags of Cocaine were located on his person. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned location in reference to a stolen vehicle. The victim advised that he was in the process of securing a ranch gate with his vehicle located by the gate. He was approached by a male. The male jumped into the victims vehicle at location and fled the scene. The case is under investigation.
