On 11-3-2022, Sgt. Cullison located a vehicle; in which, Arely Robles Gonzalez was in control of near the intersection of W. Alameda and Via Abajo. Gonzalez was found passed out behind the wheel of the vehicle with the vehicle's motor still on and the vehicle in gear in the roadway.
Gonzalez was displaying signs of impairment. During the course of the investigation, Gonzalez was placed into custody and submitted to a chemical test. The test yielded the resulted 0.14g/210L and 0.15g/210L respectfully. Gonzalez was booked without incident.

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect Struck the victim with a hard object. Victim had visible injuries. Suspect arrested and booked into the SFCADC
2022006442/ DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC AND OPEN CONTAINER

LOCATION: US 84-285 MM 183.5
ARRESTEE: CATHERINE J. LEMON-60-YEAR-OLD, W/F, CORRALES, NM RESIDENT
CHARGES: DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC, OPEN CONTAINER OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AND FAILURE TO YIELD TO EMERGENCY VEHICLE.
On 11-02-2022, in the evening hours, a caller reported a reckless driver to RECC. The driver of a red, Audi passenger vehicle was traveling in a reckless manner on US 84-285 in Santa Fe County. Deputy Leonard Martinez located the vehicle matching the description and observed several traffic infractions, as he was observing the driving behavior of the vehicle's owner and only occupant, Catherine J. Lemon.
Deputy Martine attempted a traffic stop on the red, 2017 Audi passenger vehicle. Ms. Lemon failed to yield to the emergency vehicle for some distance. Ms. Lemon finally pulled to the shoulder nearly striking the cable guard rail in the process.
Upon contact with Ms. Lemon, Deputy Martinez observed signs of possible impairment. Ms. Lemon submitted to SFSTs, which signs of impairment were observed and noted. Ms. Lemon was placed under arrest and agreed to submit to a chemical test. The chemical test yielded the test results of 0.24g/210L and 0.25g/210L respectfully. During the tow inventory of the Audi, an open container of an alcoholic beverage was found to have very little content left in the 750 mL bottle. Ms. Lemon was booked in accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
2022006441/DEATH INVESTIGATION/11/02/2022

Victim: 83 YOM
On Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a male who was not conscious and not breathing. Unfortunately, the male did not display any signs of life. OMI responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased. At this time, the death appears to be of natural causes.

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the county jail in reference to a male who had an active arrest warrant. The above subject's ID was verified and it was determined that the subject did have a warrant for his arrest. Subject was re-booked for the warrant (original charges-Shoplifting)

On 11/2/22, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. During the investigation, it was learned unknown suspect(s) entered the unlocked vehicle. Once inside, the suspect(s) removed items from inside. The scene was processed. This case is currently active.

Stolen: Two bank checks
On 11/2/22, Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a burglary of a dwelling. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect(s) gained entry through an unlocked door. The suspects unlawfully took two bank checks in the amount of $16,000. Both checks were canceled before they could be cashed. This investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Jimmy Benavidez, 30YOM, Espanola,NM
The suspect was arrested for five felony warrants, four of them having to do with possession of a controlled substance. During the booking process at the jail, a white rock-like substance and 21 packets of suboxone were located underneath his genital area. The contraband was retrieved by correctional officers and will be submitted into evidence. The suspect was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for possession of a controlled substance and bringing contraband into a jail.

On 11/22/22, at the above location, deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant on the above subject. Deputies made contact with the above subject. The subject was run through NCIC and it was learned the subject had four additional warrants for his arrest. The subject was transported and booked into the Santa Fe adult detention center on the below listed warrants: Case# 2022006428 Burglary and Larceny, Case#2022006429 Possession of a controlled substance, Case#2022006430 Aggravated Battery, Case#2022006431 Possession of a controlled substance and concealing identity, Case#2022006432 Possession of a controlled substance and concealing ID.
