On 05-26-2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised someone gained forced entry into their residence between 05-24-2022 and 05-26-2022. This case remains under investigation.

Suspect: Victoria Gallegos

The suspect called dispatch and turned herself in to law enforcement on an outstanding warrant. She was taken into custody without incident.

SUSPECT: VIGIL, REYMUNDO RUFINO- 61 YEAR OLD SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT

On 5-25-22 Deputy Watson responded to a resident on N. Horizon Lane reference to a subject assaulting family members with a weapon, on being a child. Mr. Vigil was arrested and booked accordingly.

The suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and the suspect was later found to be impaired. The drive was arrest without incident.

2022003001 / Battery Against a Household Member, Crimi9nal Damage to the Property of a Household Member / 5-20-22

Deputy assigned: L. Martinez

Commander entering: Lt. M. Delgado

Location: Residence on Silver Spur Trail, Santa Fe County

Arrested: Kelly Marble, 56-year-old female from Santa Fe

On 5-20-22 Ms. Marble was involved in a dispute with a family member.  During the incident she damaged property and battered the family member.  She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
