On 10-22-2021, Deputy Deprez conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no registration. The vehicle was going to be towed. When the passenger, Ian Marlin stepped out of the vehicle, a white powdery substance was observed on his lap. Ian Marlin was placed into custody and was found to be in possession of 9 grams methamphetamine. Ian Marlin was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 10-23-2021 at about 1:43 am, RECC dispatched deputies to the area of mile marker of 183 on US 84-285. Deputy Rodriguez found Mr. Vigil passed out in his vehicle; which was parked in the roadways lane for traffic. Open containers of alcoholic beverages were found in the vehicle. Mr. Vigil was found to be impaired and was arrested. Mr. Vigil consented to a chemical test, with BrAC results of 0.11g/210L and 0.10g/210L respectfully. Mr. Vigil was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

On 10-22-2021, Deputy ward conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle; of which, Mr. Rivera was operating. Mr. Rivera was observed driving in the median of Agua Fria Rd.
Upon contact with Mr. Rivera signs of impairment were observed, leading to SFSTs. Mr. Rivera showed signs of impairment during the SFSTs, resulting in his arrest. Mr. Rivera refused to submit to a chemical test. Mr. Rivera was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Friday, October 22nd 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with narcotics. Contact was made with detention officers and they advised during a search, they located Suboxone on an inmate. The inmate was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On 10-21-2021 Santa Fe County Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash at this intersection. During the course of the investigation, it was learned Mr. Sweeney had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to being involved in the crash. Mr. Sweeney showed signs of impairment during the SFSTs administered by Deputy Ward.
Mr. Sweeney was arrested and submitted to a chemical test, which yielded BrAC of 0.14g/210L and 0.13g/210L respectfully. Mr. Sweeney was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.
