Location: Lugar De Madison, Santa Fe

Summons: Timothy Dorton, 67 YOA male, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a violation of a Temporary Restraining Order/Order of Protection (TRO). Deputies were advised the suspect had been served a TRO earlier in the day. The suspect then violated the TRO by texting the victim. Deputies contacted the suspect who admitted to violating the TRO. A summons was issued due to the suspect being hospitalized for unrelated health issues.  


Case #2025003197/ Felon in Possession of a Firearm/ DUI/ Reckless Driving/ 5/31/25

Assigned- Deputy J. Watson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Kristen Cleverly (39 year old female/ Prescott, AZ)

Location- I25 @ MM 297

Deputies were dispatched to I25 at the east county line in reference to a wrong way driver, going southbound in the northbound lanes. The initial call came out at MM 308, and the vehicle was headed into Santa Fe County. Sgt. Webb located the vehicle, still going the wrong way and conducted a traffic stop at mm 297. Deputies and NMSP shut down the northbound lanes of I25, diverting traffic off at the 297. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. Upon inventory of the vehicle, two firearms were located, and it was discovered that the driver was a convicted felon. The vehicle was towed to the SFSO pending a search warrant. The driver agreed to a blood draw, and the results are still pending. She was booked at ADC.


Case #2025003193 / Warrant Arrest/ 5/30/25

Assigned- Deputy B. Wilson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Alma Anaya (46 year old female/Santa Fe)

Location- Cerrillos Rd

Deputies came into contact with Alma during a call for service. Upon contact with her, it was discovered that she had an outstanding warrant. She was arrested on the warrant and booked at ADC.


Case # 2025003187 Resisting evading or obstructing, Immediate notice of accident, No drivers license, No insurance, Suspended license

Deputy Assigned: B. Baca

Commander Entering: Cpl. B. Lattin

Location: 1900 Blk NM 76, Espanola

Arrested: Alyssa Durr, 26 YOA female, Santa Fe

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle matching the description of a suspect in a hit and run crash. The driver of the vehicle fled on foot from the scene but was quickly apprehended. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility


Case #2020500317o Driving while license revoked, Speeding

Location: Mile Marker 15 NM 502, Santa Fe

Arrested: Maria Olvera, 23 YOA female, Santa Fe

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Deputies contacted the driver. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.


Case# 2025003142 Warrant Arrest 05-29-25

Assigned: J.Flores-Ramirez

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location Agua Fria/Siler Road (Santa Fe)

Arrested Juan Carlos Lopez-Hernandez 49 yoa male 

Subject was stopped for a pedestrian violation and identified. During this time it was found he had an open court arrest warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deady Weapon issued by the Santa Fe Magistrate Court via SFPD. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident. 


Case # 2025003141 Battery against a household member

Deputy Assigned: M. Meyers

Commander Entering: Cpl. B. Lattin

Location: 2 Hilltop Y Road, Espanola

Summons: Jessica Mercer 29 YOA female, Espanola

Deputies were dispatched to a 911 hang up call at the location. Upon arrival, deputies were advised the suspect battered the victim, a household member, during an argument. The suspect was transported to a hospital for unrelated issues. A summons was issued for the suspect.


Case 2025003105/ Larceny (over 20,000) Criminal Damage to Property/ 05/27/25

Assigned: Deputy T. Kettering

Entering: Lt. C Brandle

Location: Bisbee Ct. Santa Fe, NM

PNM they advised unknown suspect(s) stole copper from the meter box over the weekend. Copper and repair costs are estimated around $50,000.

 


Case # 2025003114: Larceny over $2500, Criminal damage to property

Deputy Assigned: B. Baca

Commander Entering: Cpl. B. Lattin

Location: Plaza De Colores, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a larceny. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) damaged a gate to gain access to the property. Once inside the property the suspect(s) stole several garage doors that had not been installed. There is no suspect information at this time.


Case #2025003109 Unattended Death

Deputy Assigned: T. Kettering

Commander Entering: Cpl. B. Lattin

Deceased: 38 YOA female, Santa Fe

Location: 100 Block Arroyo Hondo, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival deputies were advised the decedent called in reference to breathing troubles. Medics arrived, but were unable to resuscitate the decedent. The Office of the Medical Investigator arrived on scene to complete an investigation. No foul play was suspected.
