On Thursday, April 1st, 2021, deputies conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. During the course of the investigation, the above subject attempted to hide a syringe, which was loaded with heroin. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Between March 31 and April 1, 2021 two bicycles were stolen from the Brown Castle Ranch RV Park. The first bike is an Evil Offering in a lime green color and the second bike is a Ibis DV9 tan in color.

Arrested: Robert Santistevan Sr. / Robert Santistevan Jr. / Johnny Santistevan
On 3-31-21 deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Information received was that a male was armed with a gun threatening people. When deputies arrived on scene the above subjects would not comply with deputies commands. Further investigation revealed Robert Santistevan Sr. assaulted a female household member with a BB gun. He was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault Against a Household Member. The other 2 males were arrested for Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer.

On Tuesday, March 30th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with narcotics. Upon arrival, it was found that detention officers had located a controlled substance on the above individual's person. He was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
