Suspect: Alberto Gonzalez, 26-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 1-21-21 Mr. Gonzalez unlawfully entered a household members residence where he assaulted and battered the family member. Mr. Gonzalez fled the area before deputies arrived on scene, a warrant has been obtained for Mr. Gonzalez. This case remains open.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact auto burg. The reporting party stated between 2:00pm and 4:00pm unknown suspects broke the window to their vehicle and stole US Currency, Identification Cards and Miscellaneous Credit/Debit cards. Suspects are unknown at this time and the case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact auto burg. The reporting party stated at approximately 2:45 PM unknown suspects broke the window to their vehicle and stole ten dollars in US currency. Suspects are unknown at this time and the case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact auto burg. The reporting party stated at approximately 10:30 PM two unknown suspects were observed via surveillance cameras opening the door to his vehicle. The unknown suspects stole a car charger then left the area. Suspects are unknown at this time and the case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to criminal damage to property. Complainant reported the mailbox cluster was damaged and all the contents inside (mail) were possibly taken. USPS was informed. Case is under investigation.

On Monday, January 18th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a warrant service. Contact was made with the above individual who had an active warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Criminal Sexual Penetration of Minor. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

A traffic stop was conducted on the suspects vehicle due to her not having a license plate on the vehicle.Suspect was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license that had an arrest clause. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly
