Suspect: Jesse Sterba / 37yom / Albuquerque
Suspect crashed his vehicle near the location while traveling northbound. During the crash investigation, Deputy Caroland located narcotics in plain view inside the vehicle. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing 81 year old male. Upon arrival no signs of life were observed and OMI responded to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed. This case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday, January 13, 2021 deputies were dispatched to the above area for a residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they stated that sometime on January 13 unknown persons gained unlawful access to the residence and stole a bicycle and antiques. This case remains under investigation.

Suspect was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license that had an arrest clause. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Robert Roybal, 55-year-old male from El Rancho N.M.
On 1-11-21 Mr. Roybal assaulted and battered a family member. While deputies were conducting their investigation he assaulted a deputy and resisted arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Suspect: Pedro Mayorga Del Valle 22 Santa Fe NM
Driver fled a traffic stop and was located at the Country Club Apartments. Driver showed signs of impairment and was driving on an Invalid-Revoked license.Four empty alcoholic beverages were located inside the vehicle.Driver blew a 0.17 and 0.16.He was arrested and booked.

Location: State Road 50 and Camino Dos Millas, Glorieta NM
Arrested: Elijah Salazar, 39-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 1-7-21 at about 7:00pm Mr. Salazar was located walking at the above location. When the deputy attempted to make contact with him, he threw a loaded 9mm handgun off to the side of the road. Further investigation revealed he had a warrant for his arrest and he was a convicted felon. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Joseph Jones, 26-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 1-6-21 a random pat down search was conducted on Inmate Jones. During the search the Correctional Officer located 2 fabricated stabbing instruments in Inmate Jones' shoe.
2021000083 / DWI (Felony), Driving while license revoked / 1-5-21

Location: State Road 76 at South McCurdy Road
Arrested: Larry Martinez, 41-year-old male from Chimayo N.M.
On 1-5-21 at approximately 8:30pm a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Martinez's 1998 Chevy truck for no tail lights. Upon contacting Mr. Martinez he had an odor of alcohol emitting from his person. A DWI investigation was conducted and he showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest for DWI (4th or subsequent offense/Felony). His driver's license was also revoked due to a prior DWI arrest. He submitted to a breath test. The results showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County jail accordingly.

Suspect was observed towing a trailer that was reported stolen. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
