On 6/30/20, Deputies responded to 18 Eagle Peak and made contact with the victim. The victim reported that he was battered by his brother-in-law and unidentified male individuals at the trail head located off of Richards Ave. and Avenida Del Sur. The victim sustained major injuries to his face and head and was transported to Presbyterian Hospital for medical treatment. A warrant was drafted for the suspects arrest for aggravated battery and conspiracy and signed by a magistrate judge.

On Monday, June 29th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area for a report of credit card fraud. Contact was made with the victim and she advised unknown suspect(s) gained remote access to her computer and obtained her credit card information. Suspect(s) then made several purchases in the amount of $5,795.00. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival an investigation was conducted which revealed the suspect struck her husband with an empty vodka bottle in the face. She also was found to have bit the victim. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

On Sunday, June 28th, 2020 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing female. It was later determined that the female had passed away prior to the deputies arrival. OMI responded and no signs of foul play were noted.

On Saturday, June 27th, 2020 deputies responded to the above location in reference to an inmate having five active bench warrants. Subject was served on all warrants and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, June 27th, 2020 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, deputies determined the above subject had been operating a motor vehicle when the vehicle experienced a tire malfunction. The driver submitted to SFSTs and multiple signs of impairment were observed. The driver was placed under arrest and later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Friday, June 26th, 2020 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny. Contact was made with the victim and he advised unknown suspect(s) stole the above items between 12:00 am and 5:30 am on 06-26-2020. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to location reference to gun shots being heard coming from a vehicle. Deputies arrived and spoke to victims. Area Deputies then located the suspect vehicle and learned the gun shots were fired during an altercation. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
