Deputies conducted a traffic stop for improper equipment. Upon contact with the driver, it was discovered that he was driving while his license was revoked due to a prior DWI. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Arrested: Lorenzo Gallegos, 62 YOM

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a suspended registration. Upon contact with the driver, it was discovered he had a revoked driver's license due to a prior DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Case 2025002892/ Battery against a house hold member/ 5-17-25

Location: Paseo Nopal, Santa Fe, NM 

Arrested: Luis Dominguez- Rodriguez, 22 YOM

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, contact was made with the subject and victim. Investigation revealed the suspect had battered the victim, causing minor injury. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Case 2025002890/ Driving on revoked driver’s license/ 5-17-2025

Location: NM 599/ I-25 East Frontage Rd, Santa Fe, NM 

Arrested: Manuel Dominguez, 50 YOM

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, it was learned that the driver had a revoked driver's license. The driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident. 

Case 2025002885, 2888/ Possession of controlled sub, Warrant service /5-17-2025

Location: NM 76/ Camino Santa Cruz Rd, Espanola, NM 

Arrested: Samantha Marshall, 46 YOF

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for her arrest for failure to appear on no registration and no driver's license charges. During a search incident to arrest, the subject was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and was charged. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for her arrest out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for shoplifting. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had to activate warrants for his arrest for failure to appear. The original charges were burglary of a motor vehicle, larceny, nonresidential burglary, and criminal damage to property. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Location: Santa Fe Detention Center 

Arrested: Manuel Castro (37 YO) 

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate battering a correctional officer. Investigation revealed the suspect headbutt the C.O. while being escorted. Suspect was re-booked for battery on a peace officer at the facility.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. Deputies conducted SFSTs on the driver, and further signs of impairment were observed. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test resulting in .14/.14. The subject was booked into Satna Fe ADC without incident.

The subject was arrested on the warrant and found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
