Arrested: Dominic Tenorio (20 YOA)

Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle for an infraction.  Through an NCIC inquiry, it was discovered the driver had a revoked drivers license pursuant to a previous DUI.  He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Location: S Calle Del Oro, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Veronica Vasquez, 31 YOF, and Ian Marlin, 35 YOM

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a disorderly conduct. Deputies arrived on scene and, through their investigation, learned the suspects had battered the victim. During the altercations, the suspect stole several items before leaving the location. The suspects were later located, charged, and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a suspicious persons check. The subject had three active warrants for his arrest for failure to appear on charges of camping regulations, concealing ID, and not crossing at a crosswalk. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a suspicious person check. The subject had an active warrant for her arrest for failure to appear on charges of shoplifting, Embezzlement, larceny, and furnishing drugs or liquor to a prisoner. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a suspicious persons check. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to pay fines on a trespassing charge. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a suspicious call for service. The subject had two active warrants for his arrest for failure to appear on charges of following too closely and criminal trespassing. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a suspicious call for service. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest from the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear on a concealed ID charge. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident. 

Case 2025005499/ DWI, open container, failure to stop/9-18-2025

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to stop. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed along with an open container of an alcoholic beverage. SFSTs were conducted, and further signs of impairment were observed. The subject was arrested and submitted to a breath test, resulting in a reading of .08/.09, and was booked into the Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Upon contact with the driver, deputies learned that the driver had a revoked drivers license. While the subject was taken into custody, crack cocaine was located on his person. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. SFSTs were conducted, and further signs of impairment were observed. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test, which resulted in a reading of .18/.17. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe ADC without incident.
