Stolen: 2007 Mercedes E350, black in color, Bearing NM/BXDR50
On Sunday, December 7, 2025, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a stolen vehicle. On scene, deputies learned unknown suspect(s) stole the above vehicle between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm. Vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. This case remains under investigation.
Case #2025007111/Driving while License is Revoked/12-07-2025
Location: U.S. 84/285 and NM 106, Espanola, NM
Arrested: Anthony Martinez, 43 YOM
On Sunday, December 7, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location for a traffic violation. Deputies made contact with the above driver, and it was found he had a revoked driver's license, due to a prior DWI. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.
Case #2025007105/Possession of a Controlled Substance/12-6-2025
Location: Tesuque Casino
Arrested: Mariah Holmes Leyba, 29 YOF
On Saturday, December 6, 2025, deputies responded to the above location to assist the Tesuque Police Department with a narcotics violation. Upon arrival, it was found the above person was in possession of cocaine. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

Location: San Juan Ranch Road, Santa Fe, NM
Deceased: 87 YOM
On Saturday, December 6, 2025, deputies responded to the above area for a welfare check. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased male in the residence. OMI was summoned to the scene. At this time, there are no signs of foul play and the death and nothing suspicious was located. Next of kin was notified. This case remains under investigation.

Subject was identified during a traffic stop, she had an active warant for FTA on criminal tresspass. She was arrested and booked without incident.

Arrested- Jial Wood (18 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Cerrillos/ Baca
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Upon contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. He refused to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and he was arrested. He also refused to submit to a breath sample. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Michael Vigil (22 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Agua Fria/ Dominguez
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for running a stop sign and speeding. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was booked at the SF ADC after providing a breath sample that was at or above a .08.

Deputies contacted Antonio for committing a traffic infraction while on a bicycle. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Michael Brandon Martinez (38 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Camino Carlos Rey / Siringo
Deputies contacted Michael during a traffic stop, and he was found to have two outstanding warrants. He was arrested and later booked on the warrants at the SF ADC.
Case #2025007095/Battery against a Peace Officer/12-5-2025
Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Timothy Gerhards, 40 YOM
On Friday, December 5, 2025, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate who had battered a detention officer. Upon arrival, deputies learned the above person kicked a detention officer. He was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
