On May 9, 2020 Deputies were dispatched to above location in regards to an assisting ambulance call.Upon arrival, it was learned that victim was unresponsive and cold to the touch.OMI was called to the scene and no foul play was observed.

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a female laying face down in her underwear. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the suspect had battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into jail without incident.

Arrested: Jose Hernandez-Lemus Age 22 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to location reference to a burglary in progress. The victim reported individuals entered the home and stole items from within. Deputies arrived on scene and located the suspect (Hernandez-Lemus) near the home still carrying the items stolen. Hernandez-Lemus was arrested and taken to jail.
