Stolen: 2012 Volkswagen Golf (NM AZBM21)
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, in which two suspects stole a vehicle at gunpoint. Suspects were described as one male in his 40's, and one female in her 20's, driving a white Dodge truck. Vehicle was taken from the victim, and said to have left towards I25. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Misc. Disney Collectibles; Multiple Firearms; "Rigid" tool boxes with tools
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary. The owner advised that she has video of a male in the home at approximately 6:00 am. Deputies searched the property but did not locate anyone inside. The owner reported the above listed items as stolen. Case is pending further investigation.

Arrested: Caleb Lopez (Madrid) 25 yoa
Subject was stopped due to expired registration and no insurance. He was found to be operating the vehicle while his license to do so is revoked due to a DWI. He was arrested and BBooked into SFADC without incident.
Case 2025003612 Driving while revoked 06-19-25

Location: N. Riverside/NM 76 (Espanola)
Arrested: Valentin Ulibari (Chama)
Subject was stopped for having non functional headlamps. Deputy Blea discovered Mr. Ulibarri's driver's license was revoked and he was not supposed to be driving. Mr. Ulibarri was taken into custody and booked into SFADC without incident.
Case # 2025003611 Agg. DWI 06-18—25
Assigned: Marcus Ward

Location: Interstate 25/ Entrada La Cienega
Deputies were dispatched to a crash at the location. Upon arrival contact was made with the subject who had sideswiped another vehicle. She had signs of consistent with alcohol consumption. SFST's were conducted and the subject showed several signs of impairment. She was arrested and refused chemical testing to obtain her breath alcohol content. She was booked into SFADC without incident.
Case# 2025003604 - Burglary of a Motor Vehicle - 6/18/25

Location: Boneyard Rd, Santa Fe
Contact was made with the victim, who reported she left her vehicle at the location. The victim advised sometime between 7pm last night and 9am today an unknown suspect(s) broke the passenger window to her vehicle and made entry. The victim reported taken was a tan MK purse and Black MK wallet with all her documents inside, the case is under investigation.

Missing: Garry Smith (74 YOM)
Deputies responded to the area in reference to a welfare check. Contact with Mr. Smith was not made at his home. Neighbors advised they have not seen Mr. Smith at the residence. Mr. Smith's nephew became concerned when family lost contact him approximately 4 months ago. Mr. Smith was possibly traveling to Phoenix, Arizona on January 14, 2025. The trip was for treatment for an illness. Mr. Smith's last Facebook post was on January 26, 2025 while attending the Daytona 500 Road Race. He was antered into NCIC.

Arrested: Joncarlo Beltran, 25 YOM
Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on a speeding charge. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
Case #2025003545 Battery Against a Household Member, Interference with Communications

Summons: Denise Esposito, 50 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. The calling party advised she and her daughter got into an argument. During the argument the suspect pushed the victim onto a bed and scratched her arm. The suspect also attempted to take the victim’s phone to prevent her from calling 911. The suspect left prior to deputies arrival. A summons was issued.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. The calling party advised unknown suspect(s) broke into a shed on his property and stole a PlayStation 2, a PlayStation 4, a Nintendo, games for the consoles, 4 fans, and an air conditioner. No suspect information at this time.
