On 4/14/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a report of a TRO violation. While en route the suspected vehicle was located on State Road 14. Deputies attempted a traffic stop but the vehicle fled from Deputies. The vehicle was subsequently found at the suspect’s residence, however the suspect fled once again. A warrant was draft for the suspect’s arrest for the listed charges.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed a heated argument ensued after not agreeing on how to discipline their children. The victim separated herself in her bedroom with the children in an attempt to calm the situation down. Suspect then pulled the door off the hinges causing the victim to fear an immediate battery. After pulling off the door the suspect slapped the victim's phone out of her hand while attempting to get help from her mother. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On April 13, 2020 Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Avenida Vista Grande and Ortiz Lane in reference to a reported burglary of a motor vehicle. Contact was made with the victim who stated sometime between 1:30 pm and 2:20 pm unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle and took various credit cards. There was no suspect information during the time of this report. This case remains active.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival the suspect displayed signs of impairment. SFST's were administered and further signs of impairment were observed. Suspect refused chemical testing and was charged and booked accordingly.

On 4/11/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation it was learned the suspect arrived to her residence intoxicated and attacked her husband and battered him. During the altercation the suspect grabbed a kitchen knife and assaulted the victim with the kitchen knife. The suspect indicated the reason the altercation started was she believed the victim was sexually assaulting her 14 year old daughter. The suspect was taken into custody and transported and booked into ADC.

Contact was made with Victim who advised Unknown suspect broke the rear window of his truck, took a white bag with $10.00 worth of coins and also took the temporary registration documents of his trailer. Victim advised on 04/09/2020 that he had received notification that someone had cashed a business check by fraudulent means. Victim stated another check was also stolen but it was not able to be cashed. Victim believes someone stole the checks from a mailbox. Case is under investigation.

On 04-08-2020, deputies responded to a burglary. The victim advised that the suspect had unlawfully entered the residence and demanded money. No money was obtained but the suspect did forcibly steal a cellphone from the victim. Suspect was later located and placed under arrest. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
