Victim: 76 Year old Male

Deputies responded to location in reference to an unresponsive male.  Investigation revealed no signs of foul play.

0219012408 / Possession of Altered Driver’s License / 7-18-19

Deputy Assigned: F. Trujillo

Suspect: Christopher Teague

Suspect was identified during a traffic stop.  During the investigation two fictitious driver's licenses were found in his possession.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: US 84/285 mile post 185

Arrested: Zackary Loretto, 29-year-old male from Milan N.M.

On 7-18-19 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Loretto for speeding.  He was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for a prior DWI.  he was placed under arrest.

Location: 4250 Cerrillos Road (Pizza Hut)

Arrested: Hernan Macedo, 32-year-old male from Utah

On 7-16-19 information was received that Mr. Macedo was at the Pizza Hut and was a fugitive from justice out of Idaho.  Deputies located Mr. Macedo at the Pizza Hut and placed him under arrest.  He was found to be in possession of a pipe and Heroin.

Location: US 84/285 mile post 181

Arrested: Saydy Quintana-Reza, 29-year-old female from Espanola N.M.

On 7-17-19 the Sheriff's Office received a report of a reckless driver on 84/285 headed northbound.  The vehicle, a silver Chevrolet Tahoe was located and observed weaving in and out of it's lane.  A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Ms. Quintana-Reza showed signs of intoxication.  A DWI investigation was conducted and Ms. Quintana-Reza was subsequently arrested for DWI.

Suspect: Christian Pierce 38  Albuquerque, NM

Location: Richards/Willow Back

Deputies observed a vehicle traveling on Richards Ave without a functioning passenger’s side headlamp.  The driver of the vehicle advised he had a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver’s driving status was confirmed revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was arrested and booked.

Victim: Male, 80, Santa Fe, NM

On Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at approximately 3:47pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a larceny. An unknown suspect(s) removed a piece of pottery from the residence without permission. The pottery was valued at more that $500. Investigation is ongoing.

Stolen: Currency

Victim reported sometime between 9:30 Pm on 7/16/19 and 4:00 PM on 7/1719 unknown suspect(s) entered two vehicles on her property and stole change from the consoles.  Case is under investigation.

0219012274/Revoked license, no seatbelt, no insurance, no registration/7.16.19

Suspect: Henry Wood 76 Stanley NM

Location: State Road 344/I-40

Suspect was stopped for no seatbelt. A license check uncovered his license was revoked with the arrest clause. He was arrested and booked.

Suspect: Virgil Vigil    Age: 30

Location: Rio Vista Run, Espanola, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an aggravated assault. Victim was headed home when he encountered suspect blocking his driveway. Suspect and victim had a verbal altercation then, suspect brandished a screwdriver and began to approach the victim shouting "Let's go! Suspect was located and booked into ADC
