Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Bringing Contraband into a place of imprisonment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Service of Documents X2 (Failure to Comply with EM and Failure to Appear out of the First Judicial District Court.
On the above date, the above suspect was arrested for 2 arrest warrants in EM at ADC. Upon being searched by the detention officer, a glass meth pipe was located in the suspects front pocket. The suspect was also trying to conceal in his hand, a baggie with a white crystal like substance. The baggie was recovered by the detention officer. The above suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 07/13/19 Deputies were dispatched to a Narcotics Violation at the Tesuque Casino in Santa Fe, NM. Upon arrival it was learned the above defendant had dropped his wallet, which was found by security. Upon opening the wallet the above listed narcotics were found. The suspect identified the wallet as being his. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: US 84/285 / State Road 503
Deputies responded to the area of US 84/285 and NM 503 in reference to a pursuit initiated by Tesuque Tribal Police. I arrived on scene and contacted Tesuque Sgt. David Luginbuhl who advised he pursued a motorcycle that was fleeing from him. The rider of the motorcycle fled the traffic stop due to having four warrants from the 1st Judicial District Court. Driver was arrested and booked into ADC.

Arrested: Jayde Gabaldon, 29-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 7-11-19 while conducting a pat down on inmate Gabaldon corrections officers located several Xanex pills and a crystal like substance that tested positive for Meth. Inmate Gabaldon was charged accordingly.

On Thursday, July 11, 2019 at approximately 8:45pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a warrant service. Warrant for arrest was confirmed and contact was made with the suspect, who was placed under arrest. The arrest warrant was for failure to appear for a DWI. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Sometime during the night an unknown suspect(s) broke one of the windows and spray painted graffiti all over the car, causing more than $1000 in damage. Investigation is ongoing.

On todays date I was dispatched to the above listed location in reference to a Burglary.Upon arrival contact was made with victim who stated he had caught the suspect in his house going through his fridge. Victim stated he told suspect to leave the residence immediately and Suspect became upset and left. Victim stated after the suspect left he observed his hand tools to be missing. Victim stated he knew Suspect but that the Suspect did not have permission to be inside his house. Deputies attempted to contact the suspect at his last known residence to no avail. Warrant was drafted and approved.
