Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an aggravates assault. Victim advised suspect struck with a framing hammer. A warrant was drafted and approved for suspect.

Suspect was stopped for speeding. It was found that he had a active arrest warrant out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. He was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC accordingly.

Sometime between October 28 and November 11, unknown persons stole a refrigerator and a toilet from a vacant residence. No suspect information at this time.

On November 10, 2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a silver Chevy Impala, bearing NM NWM995 for no registration. Contact was made with the driver/suspect. The driver/suspect NM license was ran through NCIC/MVD, which revealed her license was revoked (DWI related). The driver/suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

Arrested: Julian Romero, 40 YOM, Alcalde, NM
On Monday, November 9th, 2020, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned the above suspect had an active arrest warrant out of NM Probation and Parole. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, November 9th 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspects gained unlawful access to a property and stole miscellaneous yard tools, a leather bridal and reins and some tools. This occurred around 1:30 pm on 11-09-2020. Shoe impressions and latent prints were located and this case remains under investigation.

On November 7, 2020, Deputy Dillinger responded to an after the fact burglary and larceny. The investigation yielded, in the early morning hours of November 2, 2020, an unknown person made entry into a residence. Some small items were stolen from this location. This is an on-going investigation.

On 11-6-2020, Deputy Podolak responded to a residence, where a domestic arrest had occurred. The arrestee returned to the property against orders of release. Arrestee violated his electronic monitoring program and cut off the bracelet. Subject was found on property and arrested.
