Deputy conducted a traffic stop for vehicle unable to maintain lane for traffic. Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from vehicle/person. SFST's were administered, which subject showed signs of impairment. Subject read NM implied Consent Advisory and agreed to a chemical test. Subject blew a .12Brac, .11Brac. Subject booked accordingly.

During the traffic stop, Deputy detected an odor of an intoxicating beverage, slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes. SFST's were administered, but driver continued to interrupt. Subject was arrested and read the NM implied Consent Advisory and refused. Subject charged and booked accordingly.

A Santa Fe County Deputy initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle driven by Sandoval, after learning Sandoval was operating her vehicle while her license was revoked. The Deputy made contact with Sandoval and confirmed her license was revoked with the arrest clause and then arrested her without incident. Sandoval was taken to jail.
