Deputies located the vehicle parked on the sidewalk with two beer cans next to it. Deputies made contact with the driver and observed signs of intoxication. SFST's were administered and signs of impairment were observed. Driver agreed to chemical testing, 0.15, 0.16. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Friday, January 25, 2019, deputy responded to the 400 Block of Rogersville, Cerrillos, in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with reporting party who advised unknown person entered his property, unhinged the front gate and took the metal nuts, entered the main home and stole the above items. No suspect information is available. Case under investigation.
