On Friday, November 9, 2018 Deputies responded to the location in reference to a violation of a protection order. Deputies attempted to restrain the suspect who then attempted to grab the deputy's duty weapon. Suspect entered the residence by force and knew he was not to be on the property. Suspect was charged and booked at the Santa Fe County Jail.
