On 04/20/18 Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a Domestic Dispute. The investigation revealed the above individual battered a family member by striking the member in the face with her hands. Which caused damage to the eye glasses the family member was wearing. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On April 21, 2018 I was dispatched to the above location in reference to a Robbery in progress. Upon arrival I spoke with the Victim who stated the Suspect came up to her, grabbed her purse out of her lap and ran off. The Victim said she chased after the Suspect and the Suspect dropped the purse and exited the casino. After viewing the video footage from the casino floor and observing the Suspect steal the purse, the Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a single vehicle crash on private property. In addition, the driver was passed out behind the wheel and the vehicle was still in gear. Contact was made with the above subject. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Above subject was arrested and NM Implied Consent advisory was read. Subject provided a breath sample of .16, .16 BraAC. Subject was booked at ADV accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a female reporting she'd been hit by a car. Upon arrival it was determined after a verbal altercation the suspect attempted to run over several parties at the residence. Suspect hid while on scene but was later located and placed under arrest. After being handcuffed and put in a patrol unit the suspect kicked out the rear passenger window of the patrol unit. While attempting to stop the suspect from causing further damage, the suspect kicked Deputies in the arms and chest until he was further restrained. Suspect was arrested and booked on the listed charges.

During the booking process April was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamines. April was charged and rebooked.

Victims reported suspect started yelling in the middle of the night then punched two holes in the walls of the residence. Suspect then proceded to batter two family members, who recieved minor injuries. Suspected was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.
