Deceased: Female Age: 93 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to medics responding to an elderly female breathing irregularly. Medics arrived on scene and found the victim not conscious and not breathing. In addition, the elderly had a DNR in place. OMI responded to location and found no signs of foul play.

Charges: DWI – Reckless Driving
On the above listed date, Deputy was dispatched to State Rd 4 near mile post 66 in reference to a motor vehicle collision. Upon contact Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect. The suspect consented to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and signs of impairment were observed. The Suspect had no priors and the vehicle was towed.
The Suspect's breath test results were: .14 & .14
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Deputies arrested the listed person after Pojoaque Tribal Police observed him commit a traffic violation. Deputies contacted the Mr. Williams and found him to display signs of impairment and the requested he submit to sobriety tests. Mr. Williams complied and he was arrested then submitted to chemical testing. The results of those tests were .18, .18. Mr. Williams was then taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On Saturday, April 7th 2018 at 11:51 pm, deputies were patrolling near the above location, when they located a driver passed out behind the wheel. Contact was made with the above suspect and he admitted to consuming alcohol. The suspect appeared highly intoxicated and submitted to field sobriety testing. Signs of impairment were observed and the suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory. Breath results of .29/.29.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
