Location: 100 block Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe
Arrested: James Huston, 46 YOA male, Los Lunas
Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area. A registration check of the vehicle showed the registered owner to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. Deputies stopped the driver and confirmed the driver was the registered owner. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
Case #2025006077/Burglary/10-15-2025
Location: Metro Blvd., Santa Fe, NM
Stolen: Miscellaneous designer handbags, purses and a pearl necklace
On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole the above mentioned items. This was alleged to have occurred between 4:00 pm and 7:45 pm on October 15, 2025. This case remains under investigation

Tesuque police conducted a traffic stop and requested assistance from SFSO, during the stop signs of impairment were observed and the driver was arrested.
2025006051 - Aggravated DWI and Warrant Arrest - 10/15/2025

#284 Frost Road
Deputy stopoped to check on a vehicle stopped in the roadway, driver was asleep at the wheel with the vehicle running and an open container visible. Driver was woken up and refused to do SFST's and testing. Driver was booked.
Driver also had two active warrants out of Bernallilo. Original charges; criminal sexual penetration of a minor, bribery of a witness, contrinuting to the delinquency of a minor and DWI.
2025006045 - Narcotics Violation/Traffic Stop - 10/14/2025

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the driver, during the stop deputy observed narcotics/paraphernalia in the vehicle. Driver was arrested without incident.

Arrested: Stvestina Talamantes-Gonzalez, 19 YOM
Location: Cerrillos/ Calle De Cielo
Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest from the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear on charges of no registration and no insurance. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Stolen: $1,000 Washer / Dryer Set
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary. The property is currently a rental, managed by a realtor. A lockbox was located on scene and the code is known to several companies.

Deputies condcuted a traffic stop with a vehicle for an infraction. It was discovered the driver had an active arrest warrant. He was placed in custody and booked accordingly
Case #2025006010/ Warrant Arrest/ 10/13/25

Entering- Corporal D. Moore
Arrested- Miguel Rodriguez (42 year old male/ Espanola)
Location- US 84/285 / NM 106
Deputies contacted Miguel during a traffic stop, and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.
Case#2025006001 Warrant Arrest 10-13-25

Location: 900 block of Old Las Vegas Hwy
Arrested: Deon Martinez 22 yoa male (Santa Fe) & Benjamin Lopez 22 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a call for service where there were people refusing to leave the residence after a party. Deputies made contact with the above two males. They were escorted off the property and found to have active warrants for their arrest. Deon had a warrant for failing to appear out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Benjamin's warrant was for failing to comply with his probation from a DWI conviction out of Santa Fe municipal court. Both were booked into SFADC without incident.
