Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of Isleta for failure to pay fines on a traffic ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Arrested: Nathaniel Richerson, 48 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to assist the Pojoaque PD with a motorcycle crash. When deputies arrived on the scene, they made contact with the rider of the motorcycle and observed signs of impairment. He admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages before riding the motorcycle. SFSTs were administered, and further signs of impairment were observed, and he was arrested. He refused to submit to a breath test and was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Victim reported she had a male with her while she dropped off her aunt. When she got out of the vehicle, the male jumped in the driver's seat and took off in her vehicle. Suspect has been identified and will be charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance that turned into a motor vehicle crash at the above location. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. Due to the driver's uncooperative and combative behavior, SFSTs were not conducted. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a single motor vehicle collision. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. The driver refused to do the SFSTs and was arrested for DUI. The driver refused to submit to a breath test and was booked into the Santa Fe ADC.

Location: Interstate 25 milepost 275 (Santa Fe County)
Arrested: Shericka Burbitt Age:47 Rio Rancho, NM
Deputies observed a vehicle driving north on Interstate 25 with the driver rear door open. Deputies initiated a traffic stop and contacted the occupants of the vehicle. Deputies learned the rear passenger Shericka Burditt battered a household member while traveling. Shericka Burditt was arrested and transported to jail where she was charged accordingly.
