Subject appeared for a hearing and was ultimately remanded into custody by Judge Ellington. Subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the vehicle matching the desciption of one which was reported stolen, and the license plate not matching the vehicle it was on. Contact was made with the driver who was identified to have a revoked drivers license due to a prior DUI. Driver also had a warrant for failure to pay fines on original charged of driving on a revoked license, and other various traffic violations. Subject was arrested.

Deputy was dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate who spat on a Correctional Officer. Review of lapel footage confirmed the incident. Suspect was charged and re-booked.

Deputies made contact with an individual at a car wash due to him tampering with carwash equipment. Car wash owner did not wish to report any criminal activity, however the subject was found to have a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of battery against a household member. Subject was taken to jail on the warrant.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a fraud. The victim reported she received phone calls from a person identified as a rep for the US Treasury. The person convinced the victim to send severeal checks over ther last two months to different locations.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a fraud. The victim stated she believes her mailbox was broken in to and her credit card information was taken. He information was used to steal $3,700
Case 2024004706- Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle- 9/9/24

Vehicle: 2007 Gry Yamaha Vstart MC - License plate - NM 47425A
Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding the theft of a motor vehicle. The reporting party advised after returning home from the weekend he noticed his Yamaha motorcycle was missing. The RP advised that he had cobra pipes, chrome grips, and crash bars. No further information at this time.

While patrollig the area, Deputies located a vehicle which matched the description of a stolen vehicle. Deputies made contact with the driver, identified the vehicle and found it to be stolen. Deputies also ran the plate observed on the vehicle, and found that to be stolen as well, and not belonging to the vehicle it was on. Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

Subject arrived at a traffic stop to pick up a vehicle for a friend. When subject was being identified, he was found to have a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of Battery on a Household Member. Subject arrested on the warrant.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the registered owner having a warrant. Contact was made with the driver, who had a revoked license due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested. While being booked at the jail, he was found to have a small amount of narcotics, and was charged with that as well.
