Stolen: GPS equipment, 2 hydration backpacks, MIFI Jetpack

Value: $10,000.00

On 06/14/17 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an Auto Burglary. Upon contacting the complainant the above items were reported stolen between the 10:00pm on 06/13/17 and 6:00am on 6/14/17. No signs of forced entry or damage to the vehicle was found. Suspect information is pending at this time.  

 


0217008313-Burglary, Larceny- 6-14-17

Location- 100 Block of Cities of Gold Road

Items Taken- Clothing and electronics

Between 8:00 am and 10:45 pm, unknown individuals entered the above area and took the above listed items. Value of items taken is $270.00.  Case is under investigation.


0217008309-Agg DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, Resisting, evading, obstructing an officer, open container- 6-13-17

Location- US 84/285 MM 169

Person Arrested- Gary Roybal 67 yo Santa Fe

A traffic stop was initiated on the above individual due to the vehicle being driven not being able to maintain its lane of travel. Upon contacting the driver an odor of an intoxicant was detected, field sobriety tests were then administered. Driver became uncooperative and was placed under arrest. While being placed under arrest, driver resisted. A search of the vehicle revealed an open container containing an alcoholic beverage. Subject was booked accordingly.


0217008308-Battery Against a Household Member- 6-13-17

Deputy Assigned- A. Montoya

Location- Rancho Viejo/ Richards Ave

Person Arrested- Jose Zambrano-Corona 27yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute.  Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed person had battered his wife. Subject was booked accordingly.


Case 0217008293-Battery on a peace officer-06/13/17

Deputy Assigned: J. Jaramillo

suspect: Leodis Harris(49)

Victim: 20 year old male

On June 13, 2017, the listed suspect struck the victim in the face and neck area during the time the victim tried to stop the suspect from exchanging an item with another inmate. The victim stated that suspect struck him with an opened hand and scratched him. There were injuries on the victim consistent with his statement. The suspect was rebooked on the listed charge.


Case 0217008281-Aggravated DWI 3rd-06/13/17

Suspect: Carlos Salazar(41)

BIA Officers stopped the above suspect who appeared to be impaired. Deputies arrived on scene and found the suspect to be impaired. Suspect submitted to chemical testing with results of .27-.28. Due to it being suspects third DWI vehicle was seized.


0217008159 – Battery against a Household Member 6-10-17

Deputy Assigned: A. Lopez

Location: Eldorado

 Suspect: Clayton Stambaugh - 52 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery against a Household Member – Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member

Deputies were dispatched to above residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. While enroute dispatch advised the victim had pulled her .357 Revolver out to keep the suspect away from her. The victim stated they had got into an argument and he had kicked the door down to the bedroom. The Victim stated she was then thrown to the floor and when she got the opportunity she ran to retrieve her gun and pointed it at the suspect to prevent him from coming any closer. 

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

 

 


0217008171 – Warrant Service / Possession - 6-11-17

Location: Old Las Vegas Hwy

 Suspect: Luis Aguilar – 34 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Warrant (Failure to Comply with conditions of probation) – Possession of Controlled Substance

Concealing Identity

Upon contact the suspect gave the deputy a false name and date of birth.  Investigation revealed later determined his real name.  Suspect was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  During a search after arrest Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia were located.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

 


0217008242-DWI-6-12-17

Deputy Assigned- E. Eccles

Location- Cities of Gold Road/ Petroglyph Road

Person Arrested- Frank Romero 56 yo Santa Fe

A traffic stop was conducted on the above listed individual. Upon making contact, an odor of an intoxicant was coming from his person.  After conducting standardized field sobriety tests, subject showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested and booked accordingly.

Person Arrested: Ann Obrien, 35 year old female

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, in reference to a Warrant Service.  The above listed individual was discovered to have an active warrant for her arrest for failing to comply with conditions of probation.  The female subject was served with the warrant and re-booked.
