On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, in reference to a Warrant Service. The above listed individual was discovered to have an active warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court. The male subject was served with the warrant and re-booked.

On 06-12-17 Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance at the above location. During the investigation, it was determined the victim was battered by her ex-boyfriend. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly.

Location: Agua Fria / San Ysidro Crossing, Santa Fe, NM, 87505
Arrested: Ruben Olivas, 35 years old from Santa Fe, NM, 87505
While patrolling the area of the Traditional Village of Agua Fria a white in color van was observed failing to stop at a posted stop sign. A traffic stop was conducted at which time contact was made with the driver. The driver attempted to conceal his real identity multiple times. After his identity was discovered it was learned that the driver was operating a motor vehicle while his privileges to do so were revoked. The driver was arrested. It was further discovered that the license plate on the vehicle was registered to another vehicle. The driver was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly. The vehicle was seized.

Deceased: 64 year old male
On 06/11/17 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an unresponsive male. Life saving techniques were attempted. No signs of foul play were observed. The cause of death in pending at this time.

Suspect: Jay Brown
Deputy War was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a crash where the suspect fled the area. The suspect was located and signs of impairment were observed. SFST's were performed and the suspect was arrested. NM implied consent was read and the suspect agreed to provide a breath sample which yielded a .11, .11. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: US 84/285 MM 182 (Pojoaque)
Suspect: Devin Adkins
Deputy Lujan was dispatched to the listed location to assist Pojoaque PD with a possible intoxicated male. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect was observed leaving the Camel Rock Casino intoxicated. Pojoaque PD located the suspect and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the suspect Deputy Lujan smelled an odor of an intoxicating liquor. During the investigation the suspect refused to perform SFST's or provide a blood or breath sample. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Antonio Morales
Deputy Lattin was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a male hitting his children. Upon arriving at the location the suspect fled on foot and was later located and detained. While investigating the incident it was learned the suspect through a metal pipe at his 6 year old son causing an abrasion and additionally hit his other son in the head with his fist. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: BLM land off of Wheat St. (La Puebla)
Suspect: Cata Merannda – 24 – San Juan Pueblo, NM
Charges: Arrest Warrant – Original Charge of Shoplifting
The Deputy checked on a group of people on BLM land in the La Puebla area. In checking, he found that a Cata Merannda had an outstanding warrant for shoplifting from the Santa Fe City Municipal Court.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Suspect: Jeremiah Gonzales – 24 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Warrant Service (Failure to Pay Fines & Costs) – Possession of Controlled Substance
In response to reports of gunfire in the area deputies were patrolling the area. Deputy Modgling observed Mr. Gonzales walking along the roadway. Upon identifying him it was learned that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
In the process of inventorying his property at the Detention Facility a small tin that contained suspected methamphetamine was found.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On Friday June 9, 2017 at 4:48pm, Deputies were dispatched to mile marker 183 on US highway 84/ 285 (Family Dollar) in reference to a reckless driver in a green in color Chevrolet Suburban. Deputies located the vehicle at the above location, with the driver (Melinda Madrid) in the driver seat. Driver emitted a strong odor of alcohol from her person. Driver verbally admitted to consuming 3 beers and 2 shots. SFST were administered. Driver displayed signs of impairment. She was transported and booked accordingly.
