Deputies were dispatched to area in reference to a wrong way driver at the above location. While deputies were en route, they were informed the driver of the vehicle had crashed into an arroyo. Upon deputy arrival, contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. The named driver was transported to the hospital for treatment and legal blood draw. The named driver was arrested and when released he transported to jail.
