Charges: Driving While License Revoked, No Registration, No Insurance
On May 3, 2018 I initiated a traffic stop at the above loction on a 1997 Nissan Maxima (NM 321PMT) for expired registration. Upon contact it was learned the drivers had a revoked license with a 122G arrest clause attached. The driver also did not have his vehicle insured or registered. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without further incident. The vehicle was seized per Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Taken: Stihl –leaf blower, Stihl weed wacker, , 16’ Rims and Tires, 3 Stihl Chainsaws, 2 Misc weed whackers, Stihl tree trimmer, 6 foot ladder, Red Tool Chest w/ misc. Tools, Husky Verna Leaf Blower, Box of Chainsaw safety equipment.($12,350)
Deputies were dispatched to Feather Road in reference to a burglary. Contact with the victim was made, who stated sometime between April 26, 2018 and todays date an unknown individual broke into his shed. Victim stated he opened the shed to grab an items and observed listed property was stolen. Victim stated the shed was locked. Contact was made with neighbors, but no suspicious activity was observed. Incident is currently under investigation.

Victim reported his bicycle was stolen some time during the night hours. The bicycle was locked to his RV prior to being stolen. Case is under investigation.

Victim: Male, 50, Santa Fe, NM
On Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at approximately 5:00pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen drone. Victim reported that he had made out a flight plan and the drone was having issues and landed at a different location. Upon checking the area where it advised it had landed, the drone was nowhere to be found. Drone is black and gray and was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at approximately 3:31pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who was found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found to be in possession of Heroin. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at approximately 12:14pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to suspicious activity. An unidentified suspect(s) were seen attempting to open the garage door. It was discovered that a window screen was also removed, but it did not appear that entry was ever gained. Investigation is ongoing.
