Suspect: Victoria Nevarez Age: 27
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a female driver slumped over the steering wheel on the shoulder facing the opposite direction of travel. Above subject was transported to Espanola hospital. During the investigation, a prescription bottle of Alprazolam was found empty inside the vehicle that had been filled two days ago. A search warrant for blood was drafted pending results. The above subject was arrested and booked at SFCADC accordingly.

On Sunday, January 21, 2018 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate found with contraband. The suspect was found with orange film strips (suspected suboxone) on his person during a pat down search. Suspect was charged and rebooked.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an overdose. Upon arrival, the male fled on foot. Upon locating the subject, he gave different names and dates of birth. After verifying who the male was, the male was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

On January 20, 2018, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Detention Center regarding an inmate in possession of suspected suboxone. Correction officers located the contraband in the suspects cell. Suspect refused to speak with Deputies and was rebooked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Upon speaking to the above suspect, Deputies observed 2 hypodermic needles in plain view. Suspect admitted to using the hypodermic needles last night when using heroin. Suspect was arrested and booked at ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an ambulance assist. Medic personnel arrived on scene and found no signs of life on the male individual. The decedent had a history of medical conditions. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.
