On 07/31/17 the victim reported his 2003 Pontiac Vibe was broken into, while it was parked at the above location. The incident occurred between 07-30-17 at 1:00pm and 7-31-17 at 8:00am. On 07/31/17 the victim reported a 2014 Chevy Truck was broken into while it was parked at the location. Two of the tool boxes were pried open and items were taken. The wench was stolen from the front bumper the vehicle. The vehicle was last seen with the wench on 07/30/17 at about 8:00am and the damage was located on 7/31/17 at 6:54am. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Deputy was dispatched in reference to a subject who wanted to make a report. The subject was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant from Rio Arriba County and placed under arrest. During a search she was found to be in possession of several syringes with a dark substance inside.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

The suspect was found in the area of a large party on Forest Road 24. The suspect attempted to hide from deputies by turning the lights of his vehicle off. When he was found it was learned he had multiple warrants for his arrest.

While on the way to another incident the deputy heard a woman screaming from a vehicle. Upon conducting a traffic stop and a welfare check it was observed that one of the passengers in the vehicle had a laceration on her face and blood on her shirt. An investigation showed that another passenger in the vehicle (suspect) had a relationship with the victim and they had begun to have an argument. Witnesses in the vehicle stated that the suspect slapped the victim on the face several times causing her injuries.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

The victim had been transported to the hospital for medical issues, leaving his wallet and a caretaker at the residence when he left. When family member went to retrieve his wallet and some personal items they found $700.00 missing from the wallet. They also discovered that a shotgun appeared to be missing from the residence as well.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the area of Old Las Vegas Highway and Seton Village Road regarding a report of a single motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival it was discovered that the above listed male crashed his pickup due to driving under the influence of intoxicating beverages. A DWI investigation was conducted and the above listed male subject was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was charged and booked without incident.
