Deputies were dispatched to a burglary at above location. I met with the home manager who stated the victim lives in California so she watches the home. Home manager stated she checks the house every Monday so someone broke into the house between May 15, 2017 and May 22, 2017. Home manager said the above items were taken from the guess house. While suspect was leaving they crashed into a rock in the driveway leaving their license plate lying on the ground.

Deputies were dispatched to Santa Fe Police Department in reference to a fraud that occurred in the county. The victim stated she received a call from Del Norte Credit Union in reference to suspicious charges on her Del Norte debit card ($2,615.00). The credit union cancelled her card and will investigate the fraudulent charges. Although the credit union took are of the issue the victim wanted this incident documented. No suspect information at this time.

Suspect turned himself in on a Bench Warrant from Bernalillo County for Larceny over $500 less than $2500. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Suspect: Patricia Herrera – 46 – Los Alamos, NM
Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer
The suspect was having an argument with another female at the Shadeh nightclub at Buffalo Thunder. A Pojoaque Tribal Police Officer was going to remove the suspect from the club when she pulled away from him. The officer took the suspect to the ground and she continued to resist and was kicking the officer in the back as he was trying to get her under control.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Suspect: Phillip Quintana – 34 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer – Battery against a Household Member
Narrative: The suspect was intoxicated and was having a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend at the Buffalo Thunder Casino. When Pojoaque Tribal Police attempted to break up the disturbance the suspect grabbed and tried to tackle one of the Police Officers. Buffalo Thunder Security used a Taser on the suspect to bring him under control.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Charges: Bringing Contraband into Jail – Possession of Controlled Substance
The suspect was advised she was in violation of the conditions of her release and a warrant was going to be issued for her arrest. When the suspect arrived at the Jail a body scan was conducted and suspicious items were detected in her rectum. Recovered from the suspect were 13 pills (Subutex) and 1 orange strip (Suboxone)
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Location: Vacant lot on Snowflake Trail, Edgewood N.M.
Deceased: 17-year-old male from Edgewood N.M.
On 5-20-17 at about 10:30AM friends of the deceased found him at the above location. It appears the deceased ran a hose from his vehicles exhaust pipe into the cab and died from carbon monoxide poisoning. There were no signs of foul play.

Suspect: Thomas Boswell
Deputy Jaramillo was patrolling the listed area and observed the suspect's vehicle unable to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect appeared to be intoxicated. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample after being read NM Implied consent. Suspect was booked accordingly and his vehicle seized due to this being his third DWI arrest.

On 05/20/17 a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driven by the above listed person. A driver's license inquiry revealed an active warrant for her arrest. The above individual was taken into custody without incident. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
