Arrested: Orlando Romero Age: 29 Albuquerque, NM
Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Corrections officers conducted a strip search on the above inmate and found contraband in his boxer seam. The cellophane package was opened and there was 5 individually wrapped packages containing an orange film like substance, and 4 loose strips of an orange film like substance were also found in the main package. Each package contained 10 strips of an orange film like substance with a total of 54 strips. . The above suspect was re-booked and charged accordingly.
