Victim reported that on 5-5-2017 at approximately 2:12am, an unknown person(s) gained entry into the storage yard by removing the sliding chain link off the rolling track and stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

While investigating a battery it was found that the above suspect had a valid warrant from Arkansas for breaking and entering.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Deputy Lattin contacted the victim via telephone in reference to a larceny. Victim advised that above suspects were renting a trailer from 04/12/2017 to 05/04/2017. Victim advised the home was pre furnished by her. Above suspects failed to pay rent. Victim went to suspects home to collect rent, victim observed the above listed items missing from the home. Case is under investigation.

Deputy Eccles was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was learned unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the home between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested- Steven Rosetta 23 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to mile marker 170 on US 84/285 regarding a wrong way driver. A white in color Jeep was located traveling South in the North bound lanes of travel at MM 175. The above listed person was contacted and had the odor of an intoxicating beverage coming from his breath. Subject was administered field sobriety tests and showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested and booked without incident.

Deputy Eccles was dispatched to the incident location in reference to burglary. Upon arrival, the victim advised his home was burglarized on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, between the hours of 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm. The victim reported he arrived home and found his glass french doors located on the west end of the residence to be wide open but no signs of forced entry were observed. The victim noticed the listed items stolen from his residence. It was later learned three of the stolen checks were used at a Walmart in Albuquerque, NM. Case is under investigation.

Deputy Lattin was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival the listed suspect was found by jail staff to be in possession of a brown tar like substance consistent with heroin and an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone. Suspect was rebooked accordingly.
