Victim reported an argument occurred with the suspect initially. Victim reported the suspect then grabbed a plastic water pump from off of the ground and damaged the above said vehicle. Total damage of the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.00. Case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victims home in reference to a report of a Larceny. Upon arrival, It was discovered that the above mentioned items were taken from the front porch of his home. The victim advised he was unaware of when exactly the items were taken. The case is under investigation.

Suspect: Kimberly Rivera – 42 – Fort Worth, TX
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance (Cocaine) – Possession of Marijuana (< 1oz) – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
The Suspect was found passed out in her vehicle with a plastic baggie containing suspected Cocaine between her legs. A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up a “Crack Pipe”, a small amount of Marijuana and some Drug Paraphernalia.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Arrested: Ruby Faks, 28 year old female from Santa Fe N.M.
In the early morning hours of 8-20-17 The defendant battered a household member during an argument in the parking lot of the Buffalo Thunder Casino. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a welfare check. During the course of the investigation, above suspect initially concealed his true identity and fled the residence through a bedroom window. Deputy pursued the suspect on foot, which he was apprehended on four active bench warrants. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a residence in reference to an medical assistance. Upon arrival it was discovered that a 29 year old male subject had taken his own life with a handgun. No foul play was discovered during the course of the investigation.
