A deputy conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle due to a moving infraction. Upon contact with the driver, it was discovered that his license was revoked due to a previous DUI. He was arrested and later booked at ADC.
Case #2025003442/ Commercial Burglary/ 6/11/25

Deputies were dispatched to an alarm call at a convenience store. Upon arrival, deputies observed entry was forced into the business and merchandise was stolen The scene was processed for evidence and video surveillance of the suspect was provided to deputies. The investigation is still ongoing.

Arrested- Danielle C De Baca (34 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Danielle was contacted during a suspicious person call. Upon running her information, it was discovered that Danielle had two outstanding arrest warrants. She was arrested on the warrants and booked at ADC.

Arrested- Gregory White (53 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a driving infraction. Upon contact with the driver, he was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. He was arrested and booked at ADC.
Case #2025003416 Unattended Death

Location: Tusa Drive, Santa Fe
Deceased: 67 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at the locations. Deputies were advised by neighbors that they had not seen the decedent in several days and were worried about him. Deputies entered the residence and located the male deceased. Deputies contacted the Office of the Medical Investigator to respond to the location. No signs of foul play were observed.
2025003403 / Criminal damage to property / 06-09-2025

Location: Old Las Vegas Hwy Santa Fe, NM
Victim reported he was allowing an employee to live in a camper on the property. He has since been terminated. After the subject was removed from the property, it was learned he intentionally caused numerous amounts of damage to the RV. Victim estimated the cost of the damage to be around $10,000.00. Case is under investigation.

Deputy made contact with subject during traffic stop. It was learned she had an active warrant for her arrest for failure to pay fines on original charge of having no registration. Subject was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.
2025003398 / Unattended death / 06-09-2025

Location: Vallecito Rd Santa Fe, NM
Decedent: 85 YOM
Deputies responded to location after receiving reports of a male not conscious or breathing. Upon arrival, paramedics were on scene and did not find signs of life. The decedent was beyond help. No signs of foul play observed or suspected. Cause of death appears to be from natural causes.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and identified the driver as having his driving privileges revoked due to a prior DWI. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Arrested: Clarence Vialpando, 45 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, investigation determined the above suspect had shown up at his mother’s house wanting money and had previously been trespassed. The suspect refused to leave when told to do so. While placing the offender under arrest he resisted being handcuffed. The suspect was taken into custody and booked without further incident.
