Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Deputies learned above suspect was using other guest's player cards at the location. Suspect admitted to using the cards that had free play money. During the investigation, Deputies learned that the above suspect had an active warrant. A green leafy substance and a multi colored pipe was found on the suspect during search incident to arrest.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On the aforementioned date, a traffic stop was conducted and a records check revealed the above listed person to have an active arrest warrant for failure to pay fines. The suspect, who was highly intoxicated, was a passenger in a vehicle that crashed into a safety barrier on US-84-285 near the Camel Rock Casino. When the suspect was checked he was found to have an outstanding bench warrant.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

The suspect was operating a vehicle northbound on US-84/285 and crashed into a safety barrier near the Camel Rock Casino. Field Sobriety Tests indicated that the suspect was driving impaired. An Intoxilyzer Test showed a reading of .22.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

The suspect and his wife got into an argument because she had consumed too many alcoholic beverages and had fallen asleep while eating dinner in the resort dining room. The suspect stated that his wife embarrassed him by falling asleep. During the argument the suspect slapped his wife in the face.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On the above date, I stopped the above suspect for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop it was learned that the above suspect had a revoked license with the 66-8-122G clause attached. The driver was placed under arrest. During the search incident to arrest the driver was found in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. The driver admitted to the items being found as heroin without being asked. The driver was booked into Santa Fe County Jail. The above vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County Ordinance.

On above date Deputy Bell was advised to contact the victim of a fraud by telephone. Upon contacting the victim it was learned a wire transfer for a down payment on a rental unit located on Clove Court was sent to the suspect after answering an add on Craigslist. After transferring the money, the victim could no longer get a hold of the suspect. It was later learned the residents of the house on Clove Court do not rent the house out. Case is under investigation.

Deputies assisted on a motor assist on the above location. Deputies learned the above subject had an active bench warrant out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to appear. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC accordingly.

Decedent: 42 year old female
On 12/25/16 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an unresponsive and not breathing. Life saving techniques were attempted by Santa Fe County Fire Personnel, but were unsuccessful. The cause of death is pending an autopsy at this time. No signs of foul play were observed.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Reckless, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked
On 12/25/16 the above individual was observed operating a blue in color Kia Amanti on US 84/285. A traffic stop was conducted after observing the vehicle exiting off of US 84/285 while traveling southbound in the northbound lane. Contact was made with the driver who admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. The driver was unable to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The driver did submit to chemical testing with results of a BrAC of .21/.20. The driver was also found to be driving on a revoked license. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance.
