On 12-11-16 the victim reported he noticed the above items missing from his residence. The victim could not provide a time frame when the items were taken. However, his neighbor was burglarized in October 2016. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Receiving or Transferring a stolen motor vehicle
Possession of Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine
Narrative: Deputies observed a vehicle traveling northbound on US-84/285. As they followed the vehicle they noticed that the registration plate on the vehicle was upside down. When the registration was checked it was found that the vehicle was reported by the Albuquerque Police Dept. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was subsequently arrested. During a search of the vehicle a syringe containing Methamphetamine was located that the suspect admitted was hers.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On Saturday, December 10, 2016 at approximately 2:14am, Deputy observed the vehicle swerve off of the roadway more than once and get back onto the roadway in a dangerous manner. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. The driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to testing. The driver provided two breath samples of 0.08 or higher. Two open containers of alcoholic beverages were located within the vehicle. The vehicle was not seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash in the area of Tusa Drive. Deputies arrived on scene and noticed moderate damage to several vehicles. Witnesses stated the driver hit several vehicle then entered a home in the area. Contact was made with the driver identified as Abraham Garcia-Prado. Signs of impairment were observed. The driver was placed under arrest. Mr. Garcia-Prado refused any chemical testing. A half empty bottle of liquor was located inside the drivers vehicle. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention center without incident.

Deputies responded to a medical assist call and discovered a 64 year male had suffered a heart attack and was not able to be revived. He had an extensive medical history and cardiovascular disease. No foul play suspected. OMI requested to scene.
