Charges: Driving While Revoked
Suspect was observed driving well under the posted speed limit. A check of the registration plate showed that the owner of the vehicle had a revoked driver’s license. Upon stopping the vehicle the suspect was verified to have a revoked driver’s license.
The suspect was arrested and his vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On 12/24/16 the above female was found deceased in her residence by her caretaker. There was no signs of foul play. The decedent appears to have passed from natural causes. Official cause of death is pending an autopsy.

On Friday, December 23, 2016 at approximately 11:59pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim 1 and suspect were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect began punching holes in one of the walls and battered victim 1. Victim 2 attempted to intervene and was battered by the suspect. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On the above date I was dispatched to the above location. Upon my arrival I observed the above suspect with his right hand back like he was going to strike the above victim. The suspect was stopped and placed into custody. Victim stated her brother had pushed her , struck her and pulled her hair prior to my arrival.
The above suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC with no further incident where he was booked accordingly.
