Victim discovered a refund check in the amount of $924.30 was cashed by an unknown suspect on June 23, 2015 at the Wells Fargo Bank.  Case is under investigation.

Items Taken- Miscallanous tools

On this date, deputy responded to the above location.  Upon investigation, it was determined that suspects gained forced entry into the structure at the location sometime between November 22, 2015 at 6 p.m. and today at 7 a.m. and the above items were taken.  Case is under investigation.


0215018432-Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of drug paraphernalia- 11-23-15

Location- 28 Camino Justicia Santa Fe, NM

Arrested Person- Sarah Jaramillo 29 yo  Espanola,  NM

Deputy was dispatched to the above address.  Upon investigation, it was found that the above person had a controlled substance in her possession along with drug paraphernalia.  She was booked accordingly.

Location: Blaze Church off Bisbee Court

Stolen: a stainless steel "offering box" with an unknown amount of money inside

On 11-22-15 between the hours of 5:30PM and 7:00PM someone entered the church through a back door and stole the offering box.

Suspect Eric Ibuado – 31 – Espanola, NM

Charges: Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)             

Narrative: Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at the entrance/exit roundabout at the Buffalo Thunder Casino. Upon arrival It was found that the suspect had exited a parking lot and then failed to make a right turn at the roundabout. The suspect’s vehicle struck a large decorative boulder on the roundabout causing moderate damage to his vehicle. A DWI investigation was conducted and the suspect was subsequently arrested and booked for DWI.

Location: Interstate 25 (I-25) – Mile Marker 274

Suspect Dominae Esparza – 22 – Albuquerque, NM

Charges: Reckless Driving            

Narrative: Deputies received reports of a vehicle traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-25. The suspect was located and stopped. The suspect admitted to being extremely fatigued and she was unsure as to how she had ended up going the wrong way on I-25. It was learned that prior to being stopped the suspect had caused a vehicle to crash and rollover at milepost 273. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the chare of Reckless Driving.

 


0215018346 - Aggravated Fleeing from LE - 11-21-15

Location: US-84/285 – Mile Marker 184

Suspect: Johnny Santistevan – 24 - Espanola, NM

Charges: Speeding – Aggravated fleeing from law enforcement

Narrative: Suspect was clocked at 101 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. The suspect failed to stop for the deputy and at one point turned off his headlights and continued to drive at a high rate of speed. The suspect admitted that he was driving fast so that he could show off for his girlfriend. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The suspect’s vehicle was impounded.


0215018348 - Possession of Alcoholic Beverages - Minor - 11-22-15

Location: Sycamore Loop / Cottonwood MHP – Santa Fe              

Suspect: Juvenile Male – 16 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor 

Narrative: Suspect’s mother saw on social media that her son was throwing an underage party at her house. Suspect’s mother contacted Law Enforcement because she knew that alcohol was being served. Deputies responded and found the suspect to be highly intoxicated. Juvenile Probation was contacted and authorized incarceration


0215018387 - Battery on a Health Care Provider - 11-22-15

Location: Sycamore Loop / Cottonwood MHP – Santa Fe              

Victim: Santa Fe County Paramedic

Suspect: Juvenile Male – 17 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery on a Health Care Provider / Arrest on outstanding warrant    

Narrative: Suspect was highly intoxicated at an underage drinking party and was being transported to the hospital for observation. Suspect became unruly and struck a paramedic on the side of the face with a closed fist. Juvenile probation authorized incarceration for this offense. It was also learned that the suspect had a nationwide extraditable warrant for burglary.
