Arrested: Christopher Duran, age 27 (Santa Fe)
Deputies responded to the Hotel at Cities of Gold in reference to a trespassing. When deputies arrived they learned the above subject had previously been trespassed from all Pojoaque Pueblo businesses. The above subject was arrested for the above charged and it was also learned he had 4 outstanding warrant out of the city of Santa Fe.

Stolen: Backpack with Social Security card
Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a residential burglary. The home owner reported the only item missing was a backpack. Its unknown how the suspect gained entry into the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Stolen: Purse with credit and bank cards
Deputies spoke with the victim, who reported the vehicle was unattended while she went for a hike. When she returned to her vehicle the passenger window was broken. The above items had been removed from the vehicle. No suspects have been identified, case is still under investigation.

Suspect: Skyler Brickman - 25 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony)
During a transfer of inmates from one area of the jail to another a corrections officer observed a bulge in one of the suspects socks. A plastic baggie containing a white powder was recovered. The white powder tested positive for Methamphetamine.
The suspect was booked into ADC on the above listed charge

Arrested: Ronnie Montano 41yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed the suspect had battered his father during an argument. Suspect was arrested and booked without further incident.

Deceased: 67 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputies responded to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival Medics from Santa Fe County had determined the male was unable to be saved. Deputies found no signs of foul play and OMI came to the scene and determined the male appeared to have passed away from natural causes.

Victim reported between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm an unknown person unlawfully entered their residence and stole the above listed item. No signs of forced entry were located. Case is under investigation.

Taken: 42 inch television
Victim reported between 8:00 am and 4:35 pm an unknown person broke into the residence by forcing entry through a door. Once inside the suspect stole a television. Case is under investigation.

Location: Calle Sinsonte and State Road 599 frontage road.
Arrested: James Carr, 47-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 07-12-16 at about 2:30am Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Calle Sinsonte. A gray BMW vehicle was observed in the area and contact was made with the driver, Mr. Carr. He appeared to be intoxicated and fled the scene in the vehicle leading deputies on a pursuit that ended 14 minutes later on Camino Largo in La Cienega. He was taken into custody on the above charges.

Suspect: Francine Garcia, Santa Fe, NM
On Monday, July 11, 2016 at 8:39pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim had been involved in a verbal argument. The argument became physical when the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.
