On above date Deputy was dispatched to the area of Camino De Mi Angel in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined unknown suspects gained forced entry into the residence between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:45 pm and stole the above items. The case is under investigation.

On the above date the above victim was contacted by BIA to inform her two boxes containing her belongings were located on CR 84F. She went to the above location to see what other items were missing from her storage unit. She stated several items were unaccounted for but until she inventoried the unit she would not be able to state what was missing.
The above victim stated she had last been at the unit on Monday December 12, 2016 and was contacted by Los Alamos County Sheriff's Office of a potential burglary on Saturday December 17, 2016.

Damaged: 3 White roll up doors and a motion detection light
On the above date I was advised by the owner of the above business that between Monday December 12, 2016 and Friday December 16, 2016 three storage units were damaged by unknown suspects while entry was gained into the units. A motion detecting light was damaged on the west side of the units. There are no suspects at this time.

Location: US Highway 84/285 Mile Marker 181, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Isaiah Fresquez, 31, Espanola, NM
Vehicle: silver 2013 Dodge 2500 Pickup
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Speeding, Open Container
On Monday, December 19, 2016, the vehicle was observed speeding in the area and stopped by Pojoaque Police Department. The driver first advised that he was Native American and later advised that he was not Native American. There were open containers located inside the vehicle. Deputy responded to the area and made contact with the suspect who showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided breath samples of 0.16 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized due to the suspect not having any prior DWIs.
