Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon investigation, it was determined that the above listed person had battered her mother. Subject was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Lori A. Kosi – 27 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI – Registration Required (Suspended Plate)
Suspect’s vehicle was stopped on US-84/285 for having a suspended registration plate. Upon contact with the driver signs of impairment were observed. The suspect performed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests which also indicated impairment. The suspect submitted to an Intoxilyzer Test with the results be a .13 and a .12.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Location: US Highway 84/285 and State Road 503, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Scott Lee, 55, Espanola, NM
Vehicle: 2003 red Toyota Tacoma
On Friday, December 16, 2016 at approximately 9:35pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to the suspect that was pulled over by Pojoaque Tribal Police and the suspect was non-native. Pojoaque Tribal Police stopped the vehicle for speeding. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. During these tests the suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided two breath samples that were 0.08 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was no seized due to the suspect not having any prior DWIs.

Suspect was booked in by another agency and had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear in reference to a no seat belt violation. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect had been booked in by another agency and had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to pay fines in reference to an original charge of DWI. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On the above date Deputy Trujillo was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival it was determined the above listed inmate was found in possession of 20 strips of suboxone and admitted to bringing it into the facility for personal use on December 14, 2016. The inmate was rebooked accordingly.

On above date Deputy Trujillo was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival it was determined the inmate was found with several small pieces of an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone. The inmate was rebooked without further incident.

Charges: Aggravated Battery
Deputies received a report of two brothers fighting. When deputies arrived they found one of the brothers (victim), bleeding from the head, and hiding behind a car outside of the residence. The victim stated that he was hit in the head with a fireplace poker. The victim was transported by medics to Espanola Hospital to be treated for his injuries while his brother was arrested and charged.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
