Suspect; Celestino Oriz-Solis Age: 28 Tres Piedras, NM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for failure to mantain his lane of travel. Above subject was arrested on a outstanding Bench Warrant for Failure to appear into Rio Arriba Magistrate Court. He was booked without incident.

Location: NM 599/ W. Frontage Road
A green in color Chevy Camaro was observed stopped in the middle of the intersection. The Suspect who was intoxicated advised his vehicle was out of gas. SFST's were administered at which point the suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed a .19, .20 BrAC.

Victim reported between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. unknown persons forced entry into their residence and stole several electonics from the inside of the residence. The suspects also stole a Keith Urban Guitar. Investigation in on going.

Victim reported someone had stolen their vehicle from their residence earlier in the day. investigation is on-going and the vehicle was entered stolen into NCIC.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in regards to a motor vehicle crash. When depuites arrived, they learned the vehicle who caused the crash had left the scene. The vehicle was located near the Family Dollar in Pojoaque. The driver was displaying signs of impairment and submitted to SFST's and was subsequently arrested.

Arrested Persons- Edmundo Mendoza 25 yo Santa Fe, NM
Autumn Siler 22 yo Santa Fe, NM
On this date, deputy was on routine patrol when he observed a vehicle traveling in his lane of travel. Deputy initiated his emergency equipment and initiated a traffic stop. Upon contacting the driver, Mr. Mendoza, an odor of an intoxicant was coming from his breath. Field Sobriety tests were initiated and Mr. Mendoza was arrested.
While placing him under arrest, a female passenger in the vehicle climbed out of the driver's side of the vehicle and began to physically fight with officers. She was also arrested.

Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival the suspect cashed a voucher not issued to him and was in possession of credits cards issued to other individuals. The suspect was also found to have an outstanding warrant. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
