Arrested: Joseph Crumbacher, 38yoa male, Santa Fe NM
Victim: 7 years of age female
On the above date Deputies were dispatched to Eagle Peak Road in reference to a possible Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor. Deputies arrived and made contact with all parties involved. after interviews were conducted and the District Attorneys was contacted and an arrest decision was made. The suspect was arrested and charged without incident.

Arrested: Claudia Cielensky, 31-year-old female from Sandia Park N.M.
On 09-12-15 at about 8:30PM the defendant was traveling south on State Road 14 when she veered into the north bound lane and struck another vehicle. the defendant fled the scene and was followed by a witness who contacted the Sheriff's office and stated the defendant had pulled into a driveway a couple mi9led from the crash scene. Deputies located the defendant who showed signs of intoxication. She refused to submitt to standardized field sobriety tests and chemical testing. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Location: State Road 14 and Calle Galisteo
Arrested: Robert Orduno, 82-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
Mr.Orduno was stopped while driving his Chevrolet truck because it was not displaying a valid license plate. His driver's license was found to be suspended and his vehile was not registered or insured. he refused to sign citations and attempted to drive away from the traffic stop. he was placed under arrest on the above charges.

Location: US Highway 84/285 mile post 169
Arrested: Royce Dominguez-Martinez, 32-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 09-13-15 at approximately 3:30AM the above defendant crashed his vehilce into the south bound concrete barrier on US 84/285. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and had a 6-year-old child in the vehicle with him. His breath alcohol concentration was over twice the legal limit.

Location: US 84/285 (Pojoaque / Arroyo Seco)
Arrested Person: Jerry F. Wright – 58 – Santa Fe, NM
Pojoaque Tribal Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the suspect for speeding. The suspect led the Pojoaque Tribal Police Officer on a 7 mile pursuit. The suspect was only contacted after he pulled onto property owned by his brother.
Deputy Cullison was called to the scene as the suspect was found to be non-tribal. A DWI investigation showed that the suspect was driving impaired, and had three (3) previous DWI arrests.
A warrant was obtained for a blood sample and the suspect was subsequently booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Aaron Venzor-Gutierrez, age, 20 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies arrested the above suspect on an outstanding bench warrant from Municipal Court for failure to appear on shoplifting charges.
Deputies have been investigating several residential burglaries in the Cottonwood MHP. The above suspect was wanted in questioning for the burglaries and was interviewed. Deputies were able to obtain a confession from the above suspect in regards to the burgalaries. He was charged with 3 counts of burglary, larceny, criminal damage to property and recieving and transferring stolen property. the suspect was booked into ADC.

The above subject was stopped for a traffic violation and the driver was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

Above Subject was reported missing after being depressed and withdrawing contact from family members. Case is under investigation.

Depuites responded to the above location regarding the fradulent use of a credit card. The victim reported her great grandson was making unathourized charges on her fathers credit card totaling about $1000.00. The suspect fled prior to depuites arrival and case is still under investigation.

Location: US 84/285 Mile Marker 168
Suspect: Pending Investigation
Victim: 20yoa female
Victim reported that on this date two males in a gray truck began to follow her vehicle while on US 84/285. During this time the suspect truck swerved intentionally into the victim’s lane several times forcing her onto the shoulder. The suspect in the passenger seat also threw multiple items at the victim’s vehicle. The victim and victim’s vehicle were uninjured and the vehicles never collided during the event. The case is under investigation and the suspect(s)/charges are pending.
