The above subject was located walking in the area by Pojoaque Police intoxicated. Subject was found to have an active warrant and due to Pojoaque Police having no authority over non-native individuals the subject was arrested and taken to the jail by Deputy Colombe.

Arrested: Carlos Trujillo, age 33
Deputies had a report of a reckless driver, who was passing out. Deputies located the vehicle on Cowboy Lane. The driver admitted to using heroin and using Zanax. The driver was administered SFST's and showed signs of impairment and wasarrested. The vehicle was seized prsuant to county ordinance.
