Suspect: Pending at this time
Victim reported that sometime between June 1st and August 10th of this year someone stole the above listed vehicle off of their property. The vehicle was insured but not operable at the time. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Antonio Loya, age 22
Deptuies were dispatched to the Jail in regards to the above suspect possessing suboxone and a syringe. When deputies arrived they spoke with the Loya, who admitted the items were his. Loya was rebooked accordingly.

Stolen: Misc men and women jewelry
Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a larceny. The victim reported between August 2015 and October 2015 an unknown person had removed the jewelry from the residence. The victim reported several people have been inside his residence believe this is when the theft occurred. Case is still under investigation.

Arrested Person- Esteban Lucero 25 yo Ojo Caliente, NM
On this date, deputy was dispatched to the detention facility regarding a male acting suspiciously in the parking lot of the facility. The male was asked for consent to search his vehicle and it was granted. Upon searching the vehicle a cell phone was found as well as drug paraphernalia. Subject was arrested and booked into the adult detention center.

Arrested Person- James Lian 69 yo Cochiti Lake, NM
On the above date, deputy was dispatched to a call regarding a vehicle that had gone off of the roadway. Upon his arrival, contact was made with the driver. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the driver had the odor of an intoxicant on his breath, after performing standardized field sobriety tests, the driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested and booked into the adult detention facility.

The above subject was arrested without incident on a outstanding bench warrant out of First Judicial District Court for grand jury indictment and failure to appear. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Bisbee Court in reference to a reported fraud. Contact was made with the victim who advised an arrangement was made with a foreign company to help distribute money to customers. The victim stated he assisted in paying the alleged customers and the . It was soon discovered that the foreign company was non existant and the victim was defrauded. This case remains under investigation.
